Haruno Sakura POV Three-week time skip
"Hey, Draken!" I yelled to the beanstalk that just walked into the arcade. He looked around and walked towards me, "Hey, thanks for helping me."
"No problem, now I have an excuse to leave the house." I grinned. Himari has kept me on house arrest ever since I was discharged from the hospital and it's been so boring.
"Did you find anything that she'd like?"
"Yeah, what do you think of that?" I pointed at a cute teddy bear that was on top of a hill of toys in a claw machine.
"You think she'd like that?" Draken asked, looking nervous. "Relax, I'm sure Emma would like anything that you'd give her," I laughed, "Do you know what Mikey is getting her?"
"No, he refused to tell me anything," he sighed while getting out his wallet, "Are you any good at these games?"
"Am I any good?" I scoffed, "I'm the best in Japan!"
Two Hours Later
"This is rigged!!"
"No, you just suck!" Draken yelled at me, "I lost so much money off of this!"
"Me?! You can't get it either!" I swear this machine is broken! We've spent so much time on this game that the arcade workers gave us some tokens out of pity. "Can't we just look for a teddy bear in a store? We could probably find this exact one somewhere."
"No, we need to get her this one," Draken said, he turned back to the machine and kept on playing.
I sighed, "I'm gonna call the twins. They're really good at games so they might be able to help."
One Hour Later
"This is rigged!" Angry yelled.
"That's what I said!" I exclaimed, "We've been at this for hours, and lover boy over here just won't give up!
Draken scowled, "Shut up. If you don't want to be here, then you can just leave."
"Fine, just don't call me when you still need a present." I got up and hit the machine out of anger. When I hit the machine, the teddy bear leaned a bit to the side and almost fell down the chute. "Hey! Look at this!" I exclaimed while pointing at the bear.
The others looked through the glass, "What am I supposed to be looking at?" Draken asked.
"Look," I hit the machine again, "If we hit this hard enough, then we could make the bear fall into the hole!"
"Sakura, you're a genius!" Smiley cried as he started to hit the claw machine with me. Angry and Draken joined us.
We kept on hitting it until the teddy bear finally fell... along with tons of other toys.
"Let's go! We hit the jackpot!" Draken exclaimed as he picked up the teddy bear.
"Hey! What do you think you all are doing?" a worker yelled at us. He looked pissed, "That's stealing!"
"Let's go!" I yelled, picking up some of the toys.
Smiley and Angry picked up the rest and we sprinted out. We ran all the way to the mall before stopping. Well, they did. I stopped running halfway there since I didn't want to open my stitches.
I walked into the mall and found the three laying on the ground, panting.
"Never... again..." Angry panted, "Remind me, to ignore Sakura's calls in the future."
"Hey!" I laughed, "You can't say that wasn't fun!"
"Yeah!" Smiley said, "It was fun, and look at all the things we got!"
"Draken, when are you going over to the Sano's?" I asked.
"Huh? Probably around six, why?" he replied.
"Great!" I yelled, "We're already at the mall so let's go shopping!"
"Okay, but can we get some food first? There's a nice restaurant nearby." Smiley said.
We agreed and all headed to the restaurant. When we got there I saw two familiar blondes sitting at a table.
"Is that Mikey and Emma?"
Draken looked at where I was pointing and smiled, "So that's what he was doing. Let's go say hi."
As we were walking Hina came out of a bush and slammed her hands on the sibling's table. I could see her talking but couldn't make out what she was saying. Then Takemitchy jumped out of the same bush.
Oh? I wonder what they were doing...
"Mikey! You takin' your little sister out for her birthday?!" Draken laughed.
"Shut up." Mikey looked away, embarrassed.
I walked up behind Draken, "There's nothing to be embarrassed about. You're just being a good brother!"
"Brother?!" Takemitchy cried.
"You didn't know?" I said, "They're half-siblings."
"WHAAATTTTT!!!???" the couple yelled.
I elbowed Draken, getting his attention. "Give her your gift," I whispered.
"Oh, yeah." Draken pulled out the teddy bear from his pocket and put it on Emma's head, "Here, Happy Birthday."
"Well, I'm gonna head out. The twins are waiting for me with a table." I waved goodbye at them and left.
