"I guess your aversion to underwear has finally come in handy." Rae said, raising her eyebrows pointedly at her mother.

"They get in the way when I need to piss in a hurry, so sue me!"

"Well they're sure not stopping that baby from trying to get out either."

"What?!" Sasha screeched and reached between her legs. Her eyes widening as her fingers touched the top of the baby's head. Rae was in awe of how much hair it seemed to have.

"I guess that stomach wasn't leftover from me after all Mum."

"How dare he! How dare Rick put this infestation in me! Get this thing out of me! Get the little bitch out of me!" Sasha screamed, automatically assuming it was another girl, as she reached between her legs and tried to claw at the babies head.

"Hunter hold her back. She's going to hurt it!" Rae cried. Hunter let her go and restrained Sasha. Rae immediately forgot about her own pain and the fact that she could barely stand up, as her brain kicked into gear.

"Obviously your body is ready to go, so if you want it out, then push!" Rae yelled.

"I hate you!" Sasha screamed as she planted her feet beside her ass on the bed and pushed as hard as she could. The baby's head crowned a little more, but still wasn't out.

"Hate you more!" Rae spat back. "The baby barely moved. Can't you do anything right?! I said push you useless cow!"

Sasha cried out and pushed again. This time the baby's head finally came free of the birth canal.

"Again!" Rae demanded. "It's almost out."

"Rae stop!" Abi shouted as she burst into the room. "You've done good sweetheart, but I need to check the baby. Don't push Sasha, the cord is wrapped around it's neck!"

"Fuck that. I don't care if she dies! She shouldn't have been there in the first place! Just get her out of me!" Sasha growled, baring down again and pushing with everything she had.

"Sasha no!" Abi yelled, trying to quickly free the cord from around the baby's neck as Sasha succeeded in pushing the shoulders out, sending the baby flying into Abi's hands. She hadn't even had a chance to put gloves on. "Hunter press the red button!" Hunter let one of Sasha's hands go to push the emergency call button on the wall.

Within seconds the room was flooded with doctors and nurses and the baby was whisked away.

"I'm never letting you near that baby. Do you hear me!" Rae yelled at her mother, trying to ignore the wave of dizziness that hit her.

"Rae?" Hunter took a step towards her.

"Suits me. I don't give a fuck what happens to her! Now that she's out. I can leave!"

"Not with that bleeding you can't." Abi said, walking back in and placing herself between Sasha's legs to deal with the placenta and bleeding.

"Is it a girl or a boy?" Rae asked, starting to sway. She vaguely registered Hunter stepping up beside her until his arm was around her waist.

"It's a little girl, Rae."

"Is she... Ok?" Rae asked before blackness took over her vision. The last thing she heard was three different voices, calling her name.

Rae groaned and opened her eyes. She looked around, realising she was back in her hospital room.

"Reckon you could kindly stop passing out on us please? I'm kinda over it." Rae looked over at Nash and gave him a weak smile.

"Shut up." She moaned, before carefully sitting up. Nash stood from the chair and pressed the button on her bed to lift the head of it up, so that she could lay back still. "Where's my sister?" She asked.
