The weeks passed by with Touya and I working here and there trying to gather information about my mom, obviously we did our best to avoid any shady people as Touya labeled them.

Eventually we both started working in a diner, I was a waitress and Touya well he started out as a waiter –which was hard to imagine at first, but he was then put under handling and processing cash instead behind a counter and not deal with many people... that's what Miyabi our boss said.

Reason for that was... just because Touya's a sweet, kind, and a gentleman with me, doesn't mean he's like that with anyone else. And so it sorta went like this...

"Good morning." Touya would lazily greet people.

"It's afternoon sir." Replied the customer.

"Yeah that, what do you want?" he curtly asked. A bored expression on his face.

That was only the beginning... in other situations it would get, um... things escalated very quickly.

"Sir, I didn't order this."

"Uh yeah you did." Touya answered.

"Excuse me!? Are you calling me a liar?"

He somewhat laughed, "I guess? I dunno. I didn't say it though, you did."

Later that same week... more trouble rose for us.

"You are so hot." some random chick squealed.

"You should totally come drink with us sometime." said another.

"Not interested." Touya indifferently spoke as he was refilling their glasses.

"Hey what's your name."

"None of your business." He rolled his eyes annoyed.

"Are you single? If so we can fix that."

"I'm not idiot. So fuck off already." Touya spat with anger.

And that's when Touya walked off and I was suddenly dragged by the arm. Out of nowhere he smashed his lips onto mine. I was dumfounded and oblivious to what had happened, at least until Touya explained why he did it and when I heard the couple of girls complain and leaving the place.

I kissed Touya back which ended up having Miyabi shout at us about having no PDA during work hours. While I remained a little embarrassed and Touya smirked triumphantly.

Yet, that wasn't all. The worse was when one day, I was serving a couple of male teens.

"Lucky us, we get to have such a cute waitress to serve us." one of them spoke.

I tried brushing off their words, after all they were just teens, "What can I get you? Pancakes? Waffles?"

"Call us master won't you precious?" another winked at me.

I tried remaining calm but firm as I replied, "That's not the type of diner this is. If you're not going to order—"

"I'd like to have you."

"Oh yeah dude, me too, I'd like to have a piece of that—"

"She's not on the menu you horny fucktards. Back off, she's already got a man." Touya had said surprising me by wrapping his arm around my waist.

"Who the hell are you?"

"Her husband. Now scram brats or else." Touya warned them.

I blushed at the word 'husband,' but I was happy that he had protected me. Touya's glare was strong enough to send those four idiotic kids out.
