"CONNNNYYY???! HOW COULD YOU?" Emma gripped the fabric and shrieked in disbelief. Gilda, Y/n, Nezuko and Norman raced behind her with their brooms.

How is this possible? How can you be so careless right after that heart-warming speech you gave? How?! Emma shook and stared at the plush bunny incredulously. I suppose she was a little on the forgetful side, but this is just nuts!! It's something Muichiro would do!

"What... what should I do??" Emma turned to Y/n and Nezuko while Gilda sweat dropped at Emma's reaction.

"I mean... she already left!" Gilda gripped her broom even tighter before turning to the person who entered through the door.

"It's too early to say that," Ray entered with a towel over his neck. "Just now, I saw some lights turned on over at the Gate through the bathroom window. Mama went to see Conny off and hasn't returned yet either. There's definitely a possibility that she still hasn't left yet."

"Let's take it to her!" Norman suggested, placing his broom against the table as he turned to Emma.

"Norman..." Emma lifted Little Bunny.

"Although it's probably just better to ask Mama to send it to her later, it'd be best for Conny's sake if we hurry, right?"

"Yep!" Emma grinned while Y/n and Nezuko turned to each other, speaking to each other without words.

Y/n nodded before Nezuko turned to the duo as they were about to leave the room. "Uh... Emma?"

"Yeah, Nezuko?" Emma turned around, hugging the plush while Ray eyed the girl with burgundy locks.

"Can I go with you guys?" Nezuko fiddled nervously, knowing what she was about to do would be super dangerous and her demon cover could've been blown. "I wasn't the best acquainted with Conny... but I want to take this chance to do something nice for her before she leaves!"

"Oh! Sure! We should run quickly or else we might get busted!" Emma dashed to the door and began banging her hand on it. "Oh... it's no use. Of course the back door is locked!"

"I guess it's no surprise since Mom is out," Nezuko murmured, thinking – or so, they thought. How should I react? I don't want them to get sus of me...

"It's no problem. A lock like this can easily be opened without a key. There's a trick to it, like a small wire puzzle," Norman hummed a melody while he brought up a bobby pin to the lock. "But right now, we have to."

Norman began working away intently before Emma realised what was happening. "Huh? Norman! We can't do that!!"

"You're right. I wouldn't do this under normal circumstances, but..." As if it was easy like a beginner's game of chess for him, Norman pushed open the backdoor. "Us three will share the blame together later!"

Quickly, the trio dashed from the door to the gate where they noticed the bars had been raised and the lights were still on, perfectly like Ray's description. They raced up the dirt path to the gate before entering, greeted by blanketing darkness. As Nezuko examined the area, she noticed some pumps and cogs connected to the ceiling and a silhouetted object in front of them.

"Conny?" Nezuko called out into the silence that engulfed them while Norman and Emma continued forward. Nezuko made sure to mind her step, knowing that there could be demons around the corner.

"Woah! This is a real truck!" Emma inspected the drivers seat behind Norman before going to the back. Norman peered over the window into the drivers seat.

"There's nobody in the truck," Norman called to them while Nezuko wandered around the few doors, not knowing what a 'truck' was.

"Maybe they'll find it if I leave it in the trunk," Emma peeled the curtain to the side before looking in front of her. Her breathing seemed to stop as she realised what was in the back of the trunk, hidden by the darkness.
