~ Chapter 16 ~

~ Jaxon' POV ~

We only have a few days left before the full moon and Kole attacks us. We all have been training extra hard just so we can be ready. Lorenzo' and Axton' allied packs are now here with us as well. A few of them have dealt with Kole already so they kind of know-how he fights. Jae and Brian have been practicing their magic as well. They put a protection spell on us all cuz Jae is extremely worried about all of us. We have sent all the elderly and children to Brian' pack for now so they are safe. Jaylon and his pack/Mafia have also been training but not with us, he has been with Axton training once Kole doesn't know about Jaylon being my mate and Axton being my ex. We have has been looking into who could be the rat we think it was my father's Beta or someone very close to my dad. Once we find out who they will pay for everything they have done. Jaylon is with Lorenzo today and I'm with Axton.

Axton ~ Stop overthinking Jax.

Jaxon ~ Sorry it's just I'm trying to find out who is the rat and why would they betray us like that.

Axton ~ I know it's hard but I know how you get when you start to overthink things.

Jaxon ~ Okay I'll stop thinking about it for now. So what are we going to be doing today?

Axton ~ Well I thought we could train for a while then we could just hang out.

Jaxon ~ Okay that sounds good. I miss hanging out with you.

Axton ~ So do I. So how are you feeling about Jaylon and Lorenzo hanging out today?

Jaxon ~ Honestly I was pissed off at first cuz Jaylon didn't even talk to me about it. But now I'm fine cuz I get to hang out with you.

Axton ~ I know Lorenzo did the same shit. He just told me that he was going to be hanging out with Jaylon and he didn't care if I liked it or not.

Jaxon ~ Now I can see why those 2 got together they are so much alike. Just like we are so much alike.

Axton ~ That's so true. So I have to ask which one do you plan on marrying someday?

Jaxon ~ Honestly I would marry Jaylon.

Axton ~ Why Jaylon and not Jae?

Jaxon ~ I love them both equally but I do have a deeper connection with Jaylon. Also, Jae and I are still working on our relationship. Just before you guys got here we got into an argument cuz she didn't want children. Jaylon and I were going to use a surrogate mother well Jae got even more pissed off. I told her that she should go back to her parent's house and sort out her shit before she comes back. Well, when we adopted Jace and Jazzy Jae came back and she realized that she does want children. She is even going to be the egg donor for Jaylon so this way our children are siblings. It also took her 4 years to move in with us which is another reason why she and I are not a fully mated couple.

Axton ~ Damn I didn't know that you 2 were having problems.

Jaxon ~ We hide it well. We are slowly getting back to normal but I just don't know if I can ever fully trust her again. Especially after hiding it for 4 years that she didn't want children but then all of a sudden she does. I'm still scared that she is only doing all of this just so she doesn't lose me.

Axton ~ Have you talked to anyone else about this?

Jaxon ~ Jaylon knows how I'm feeling about all of this and he just tells me to take my time.
