~ Chapter 28 ~

~ Kole' POV ~

Today is the day my father plans to attack Jaxon' pack. I have given them a heads up on when this is all going to happen. I have been going behind my father's back and have been having private meetings with only the trusted pack members. Some members are still with my father and don't like that I'm now the Alpha. I have filled in Jaxon about what I have been doing with the meeting. We are going to be helping Jaxon take down my father and uncle. I have also been missing my mate Eve/Akalei and I have been talking to her almost every night. Akalei has been getting to know Eve much better. They are getting along great they have so much in common with each other. Akalei has agreed to move in with me after we end my father I'll also be moving my pack closer to the King's pack. Jaxon suggested that I might want a new start after this and he's right I do want a new start. He has some land that he is going to sell me and that is where I'll be moving my pack. I'm in my office getting everything for tonight when my Beta comes in.

Trey ~ Hey man how's it going in here?

Kole ~ Oh you know it could be fucking better.

Trey ~ Don't worry man after tonight we will all feel a lot better.

Kole ~ I know so what's up with you?

Trey ~ Well I came here to see if you wanted to go for a run before we head out?

Kole ~ Sure man that sounds great.

Trey ~ I'll meet you out front then.

Kole ~ Okay.

Trey heads out I go up to my room to change into some running clothes. I head towards the front door to meet Trey when I see my father walk in.

Brad ~ Where are you headed?

Kole ~ For a run before we head out.

Brad ~ We leave in 2 hours make sure your ass ain't late.

Kole ~ Yes I know.

My so-called father walks away now probably to go find some unmated she-wolf to fuck. I head outside and I see Trey waiting for me. We head towards the trail we always use.

Trey ~ What did the bastard say this time?

Kole ~ He asked where I was going and when I told him he told me that we leave in 2 hours and I better not be late. Then he walked away probably going to find a desperate unmated she-wolf to fuck.

Trey ~ Damn I can't wait to put an end to him.

Kole ~ I know. He might be my father but I have no love or respect for him. I just hope everything works out and nothing goes wrong.

Trey ~ I'm sure everything will be fine you have more than half of the pack that is standing by you. The rest of them will be seeing the same fate as your father.

Kole ~ I know I'm even shocked that most of them want to help me take my father down.

Trey ~ Kole your father has turned into this evil man since your uncle came here. My father had told me a lot about your father and uncle before he passed away.

Kole ~ I don't know if my father was ever good Trey.

Trey ~ I don't know man but my father said that Brad was a decent Alpha before your crazy ass uncle came here. I guess he slowly changed your dad into the person he is today by putting a bunch of shit in his head.
