(Shinobu's Pov)
I pulled away from his embrace and looked at him.
"Was it really necessary for you to hug me like that?" I asked.
"It was the only thing I could of. What did you want me to do? Kiss you cheek?" He raised an eyebrow.
"No, but that hug wasn't necessary at all," I replied.
"That put aside. It's still light out. Why not hang out at my place. Kanae isn't expecting you to be home until it's dark." He changed the subject. Could be nice though.
"Are you sure that's okay?" I asked
"My sister wouldn't mind."
"Okay, Sure why not" I responded.
"C'mon." He said taking my hand making me confused but I brushed it aside and followed him.
"We're here," He said as stopped in front of a mansion. It was pretty nice if I do say so myself. That's when I realized something.
"Ara ara~ Tomioka-san. Looks like we're neighbors." I said making him tilt his head in confusion as I giggled.
"I live over there," I said pointing at the mansion next to his.
"Oh." His clueless reaction made me giggle a bit louder.
"Anyway, you coming inside?" He asked while jumping over the gate. I nodded and jumped over the gate as well.
"I'm home!" He shouted as we walked into his estate.
"You're here quite late. What happened Gi-" a girl with long black hair appeared in front of us. She stopped mid-sentence when she saw me.
"Giyu, you didn't tell me you had a girlfriend." She said in a teasing manner.
"We're friends." He looked annoyed. The girl crouched down and looked me in the eye. She made me feel short.
"Shinobu right?" She asked.
"You noticed?" She nodded in response.
"Kanae's told me a lot about." I tilted my head in confusion as to how she knows Kanae.
"Oh, I'm sorry. I haven't presented myself yet. I'm Tsutako." She said. Tsutako...
"You're Tsutako?" I asked as she hummed.
"I've been wanting to meet you."
"Me too. But I never would've guessed you were Tomioka-san's sister." I answered.
"My, you're just the most adorable thing, aren't you?" She said. 'So, is everyone just gonna call me adorable today or...' She patted my head as I looked down.
"Is something wrong?"
"No, I just feel short" I whined.
"That's because you are." Tomioka-san suddenly said as I directly looked at him.
"I'm not short Tomioka-san."
"Now that you're back in good spirits let's go." He grabbed my hand as we made our way upstairs leaving Tsutako confused.
We entered his room as he closed the door.
