Vela Luciana's POV

Today was the last day of school.
Nothing really happened much after we found out that the Hippogriff escaped.

Everything remained the same.
My friends and Potter's group taunting each other, classes still happening, Divination still remains boring.

I was excited to go back home.
To sleep in my bedroom and read in the library.

I mean, I love staying at Hogwarts and spending time with my friends. But being at home is just a different feeling.

I did go home on Christmas Day though, but it was only for a short while. So I didn't really properly enjoy being back home since I did have some few homework's to finish.

I was in the common room waiting for the girls to finish packing. I finished yesterday since I didn't want to stress myself.

A few minutes went by and the girls finally came down the stairs holding their luggages

"Thank Merlin you're done! The train leaves in about 15 minutes! Let's go!" said Blaise rushing towards the entrance door

We quickly followed behind him, carrying our luggages.

We finally arrived on the train and placed our bags on the shelf.

We sat down on our compartment seat and waited for the train to move.

A few hours later

'Choo'

'Choo'

We finally arrived at our destination.

The Hogwarts Express.

We quickly got our bags and left our compartment. We stepped out of the train and looked for our parents.

We saw them gathering in one corner and we all rushed towards them.

Mother opened her arms and Draco and I hugged her.

"Oh! Hello my darlings! It's been so long!" said Mother

"We saw them on Christmas, Cissa" said Father after patting our heads

"Oh hush Lucius, Christmas was a long time ago" she said while fixing our outfits

We giggled at the both of them and they smiled in return. Well, father smirked but I'm sure it was meant to be a smile.

We turned towards our friends and bid them a goodbye

"I'll write to you guys, I promise" I said while hugging them

"I'll visit if I can" said Daphne

We said our goodbyes and promises and held our parents hands to prepare for apparition.

Father apparated us back home and in a second we landed in front of our main door

Father opened the door and mother called the house elves to get our luggages and bring it to our room.

"You both rest for now, it was a long ride I'm sure. The house elf will call you when dinner is ready" said mother

Draco and I nodded our heads and said our goodbyes to our parents.
We went towards our room and took a nap

'Finally, I'm home' was my last thought before I was greeted with darkness
