Chapter 24 - leaving

Maddie's POV

I smile searching through the baby clothing in the cutest dresses I can with Izzy and my mom right beside me. I demanded that I get all of her time why she is here, and that includes me taking her shopping to buy everything I can for Emmy. In two towns over so nobody knows she is here or pregnant.

"Oh! This one!" I smile as I hold up a yellow sundress with small little flowers on it. "And the little sandals I bought last time oh my gosh she'll be adorable!" I smile as she nods rubbing her belly.

"Yes, I love that one! And that yellow sundress I got from Zara right before I got pregnant! We'll match!" she tells me as I smile.

"Yes!" I smile throwing it in the shopping cart. "Honey how about we keep this one at the house for when you come back next Christmas!" My mom adds showing a small little pink puffer jacket that should fit Emmy next Christmas when she'll be almost around one.

"I love that. Thanks, mom" She tells her making my mom smile widely as I do the same. "I'm so happy we're back together!" she smiles kissing both of our cheeks. "And little Emmy will fit in perfectly," she tells us smiling.

"Want to go get manicures, pedicures, and facials? My treat" my mom smiles at us with tears in her eyes. "Like when you both were five?" she asks as I hug her on one side and Izzy takes the other.

"I'm about to be a grammy. I'm so happy" she tells me as I smile. "And I'll be an aunt Maddie" I add as she grins.

"Yes mom, we'll go get manicures and pedicures, my treat though. You deserve it for all the hours you've been working. I know mom, and I know Izzy's feet are hurting" I tell her as she smiles.

"Let's checkout and go!" she smiles kissing both our heads and taking the cart.

"Thank you for coming back Iz" I whisper as I hug her. "I'm happy to be back. Maybe in a few years after Maddie's older, we'll move back," she tells me as I smile.

"Really?" I ask as she nods. I couldn't be happier, that just made my whole week.

Once it's ten at night I finally get home after a full day. We went shopping, got manicures and pedicures, went shopping again before having dinner, and went for ice cream like kids. I know it made my mom happy, and I got a much-needed girl's day.

I walk into the house quietly as I drop off my bags of things I bought for myself and Lexington. I bought him dress shirts and a few pairs of slacks, along with a new pair of sneakers I know he will love. I learned he had one pair of converse he wears to lift to the gym, and he needs new sneakers so, of course, I bought some sneakers.

He's most likely sleeping so I try not to wake him up as I sit my bags down. I take off my shoes in the laundry room and walk into our room. I smile seeing Lex laying down hugging my pillow. "Why are you still up?" I ask walking in and to him. I lean down and kiss his lips as he grips my neck in his hand rubbing me.

"I can't sleep without you." He tells me as I laugh. "You're my warm pussy baby." He tells me as I laugh again.

"Shut up. I'm going to take a shower." I tell him as he losses his grip. I leave the bathroom door open as I strip out of my clothes. I do it where he can see me just to tease him as much as I can.

"Holy fuck." He tells me whistling as I laugh. "Like what you see?" I ask taking my hair out of the ponytail. I smile naked in the doorframe as he nods.

"Fuck yeah I do." He tells me as I sigh. "Too bad I have to shower all alone," I answer back as I step into the glass shower. I know he'll be in here. Maybe two minutes tops before he's in here fucking me on the shower walls.
