"Oh wow, we're playing this game now?"

"What the hell are you two doing?" Derek asks with furrowed eyebrows.

"We're bonding." Peter and Charlotte reply simultaneously, sitting opposite each other and staring into each other's eyes.

"You're just staring at each other." Derek points out.

"Thanks for the observation, Captain Obvious." Charlotte rolls her eyes a little.

"It's a staring contest." Peter hums.

"And you're distracting us." Charlotte nods a little.

"The first one out has to buy the winner something they want." Peter sighs, the urge to blink increasing each second.

"Like the assassination of someone's death?" Derek asks, not surprised if the option came up because it's them.

"I already asked that." Charlotte nods.

"Completely off the table. No one is killing anyone." Peter adds, making Derek look between the two with furrowed eyebrows.

"Are you two okay?" Derek asks them.

"Dandy." Peter and Charlotte smile sarcastically, still keeping eye contact.

"You two are fucking weirdos." Derek grumbles.

"What is happening over here?" Isaac asks, walking until he's standing next to Derek, pointing between Peter and Charlotte.

"Staring contest." Derek tells him with a sigh.

"Bonding." Peter and Charlotte repeat simultaneously.

"What did Arlo ask for if she won?" Derek asks the ex-alpha.

"An expensive leather jacket, a tub of ice cream... and a dog muzzle." Peter replies, a hint of amusement in his tone.

"Why do you need a dog muzzle?" Isaac asks his best friend in confusion.

"My Coyote friend keeps back chatting me every time I win a game against it. Probably thinks I'm cheating." Charlotte replies before her eyes squint a little.

"I am... but that's not the point-" The Lynx starts.

"I still can't believe you made friends with a wild animal." Peter cuts her off, shaking his head a little.

"I still can't believe you managed to knock up Kali. I mean, why her of all people?" Charlotte asks with a disappointed sigh.

"I still can't believe you two are actually getting along." Derek looks between the two with raised eyebrows.

"I still very much see the resemblance between you two." Isaac nods.

"What made you get into bed with her?" Charlotte asks her dad, ignoring Isaac and Derek for the time being.

"It was a mistake." Peter sends her a look.

"You can't even blame it on alcohol and call it a drunken mistake, since you can't actually get drunk." Charlotte reminds him.

"Thanks for the observation, Captain obvious." Peter smiles at his daughter sarcastically.

"What did you ask for if you win?" Derek asks his uncle.

"Very expensive alcohol." Peter replies sarcastically.

"Which I have to apparently steal. I don't even know how-" Charlotte plays along.
