"Oh yeah, I forgot I have to argue with one person at a time. Sorry."

"Hey- dad! Dad!" Stiles calls out, making the adult turn around.
"Mr. Stilinski." Charlotte smiles happily, making Sheriff smile back at her and ruffle her hair.
"What's wrong?" Sheriff asks his son, chucking a little as Charlotte pats her hair down, grumbling a little under her breath.
"You guys can't leave yet." Stiles shakes his head.
"Stiles... we've got an eye witness that saw Barrow at the train station." Sheriff tells him.
"There isn't a train station here." Charlotte furrows her eyebrows in confusion, making the Sheriff glance at her.
"Stilinski! Let's go!" Rafael yells from a few feet away.
"Shut the fuck up and let him talk!" Charlotte yells back at him before she turns back to Sheriff, who slowly turns to look at the Lynx.
"Hey- I just said what you wanted to say." Charlotte raises her hands in a surrender position.
"Lydia said that he's still here." Stiles quickly speaks up before he could leave.
"Did she see him here?" Sheriff asks, making the two teens share a look.
"Not exactly..." Charlotte trails, making Sheriff furrow his eyebrows.
"She has a feeling. A supernatural feeling." Stiles nods a little.
"But- Lydia wasn't on the chessboard." Sheriff furrowed his eyebrows.
"There was a chessboard? Please tell me you threw at least one piece at him?" Charlotte asks the Sheriff.
"Yeah, the queen." Sheriff nods, making Charlotte smile and high five the Sheriff.
"That was your piece." Stiles tells the Lynx, making her eyes light up.
"Fuck yeah, I love that." She smiles happily, making Stiles smile a little in confusion.
"And, Lydia's on the chessboard now." Stiles yea his dad.
"Kanima?" Sheriff asks.
"Eww, Jackass." Charlotte shivers in disgust.
"No, she's a Banshee." Stiles shakes his head, making Sheriff let out a tired groan.
"Okay, look- I know how it sounds. But basically, it means that she can sense when someone's close to death." Stiles explains.
"Can she imagine that I'm about to kill you both?" Sheriff looks between the two with squinted eyes.
"What the hell did I do?" Charlotte asks with furrowed eyebrows.
"Nothing yet." Sheriff replies with a sigh, smiling a little when Charlotte hums a little.
"That's very fair. Very, very fair." The Lynx nods in agreement.
"I don't know..." Stiles trails before the three turn back to Lydia, who smiles and sends them a wave, making Charlotte smile and wave back politely.
"I thought you two were still arguing?" Sheriff asks Charlotte.
"Oh, we are. But since the conversation in the woods it's been more awkward then angry... so..." Charlotte trails.
"Okay, look, I'm not saying that I don't believe, but right now, I'm gonna go with eye witness over the Banshee. We'll be leaving a few deputies here and the school's on lockdown until three o'clock. Nobody will go in and nobody will go out." Sheriff tells them, making the two teens nod a little.
