The Hyde's made it to the house after everybody had already pulled up. The Forman's had left the barn to race back home to make sure to greet the couple—but not before Y/n told Steven she was starving. So, on the way back, he stopped at a McDonald's drive-thru and gave his beautiful bride a burger, fries, and coke.

"Don't get ketchup on your dress," Steven warned. "Otherwise it's going to look worse after I rip it off you tonight."

Y/n raised her eyebrows at him as she swallowed her food. "As hot as that is, don't rip my dress. Or I'll rip you a new one."

Steven chuckled. "Take it easy firecracker, I won't actually rip it. But I do want that dress off as soon as I can tonight."

"Oh, don't worry, you'll get to," Y/n purred as they pulled up in front of the house, seeing as everyone was waiting for them.

Hyde looked outside to the many guests mingling with each other, laughing, drinking, and having a good time. "Do we have to go in?"

Y/n looked out to see some people staring back at them. "Yes. C'mon, it'll be fun."

"Define, fun," he responded and looked back towards her who was inches away from his face. "I have something else in mind for fun."

"As do I," she responded and sensually kissed his lips. "But that'll have to wait until later."

He sighed and sat back, exiting the car. "Alright." He rounded the vehicle and opened the door for his bride and held out his hand to her.

She grabbed it and as they did, the DJ who had been able to make it to the house before them, came on over the stereo system. "Now introducing, Mr. and Mrs. Steven Hyde!"

Steven held Y/n's hand up in the air in pride. Showing her off to the world. As the clapping continued, they made their way to the backyard where the tables had been set up and sat down at their designated bride and groom seats.

Kitty had done a beautiful job in setting up their tables with vintage barn doors standing behind the table with silk cloth draped over it and twinkling lights wrapped around it. On the table itself was a pure white cloth that had candles on it and their fancy toasting glasses.

Around, lights had been strung up to give that twinkling light glow—romantic and warm. The bar was open inside with a hired bartender making drinks, the caterer was inside making the food, and the DJ was pop music in the back. The energy was flowing and easy as everyone got along. Y/n and Steven met up with old friends and family, getting congratulations.

"Congratulations you two," Y/n's great Aunt Mary said. "I was shocked to hear that you were getting married. Y/n, I didn't even know you had a boyfriend!"

"Uh, yeah, it kind of all happened so fast," she responded awkwardly, holding onto Steven's hand.

"Well, welcome to the family, Steven," she said, reaching out a bedazzled hand while the other carried a wine glass, and touched his arm. "You'll fit in...nicely."

"Thanks, Aunt Mary," Y/n said, fighting the urge to roll her eyes.

"Oh, and while I have you here," he said, and began rummaging through her purse. "Please take this." She handed them a folded up cheque before giving them a grin. "It's to help start your new life together. Enjoy."

She walked off as Y/n was opening the cheque and her eyes almost bulged out. "Is that...?"

"Wow, that's generous," Steven said, not sure if he should feel excited or insulted at the amount of money that was staring at him in the face. "A thousand bucks, huh?"
