By the time Starscream's Gulfstream landed on the airport, Orion was frustrated and had the urge to return to the base as soon as possible; however Wheeljack's alt mode drove in before Starscream had stepped out of his private plane, and Orion spotted Alexis Thi Dang jumping out of the vehicle mode. "Wheeljack, what is the meaning of this?"

"Jazz and Bumblebee told us Starscream was coming", Wheeljack explained when he met Orion's questioning, irritated gaze. "The human wouldn't stop crying until I agreed to take her here - you know I'm no good at dealing with folks getting all emotional on me."

"Very well then", Orion grunted and eyed a youngish, well-dressed man accompanied by a dark-haired woman of possibly South Asian and black descent as the pair approached him.

"Finally we meet again, Optimus Prime. This is my assistant Maya Brooks", Starscream's holomatter avatar introduced him. Orion immediately felt there was something very suspicious about the woman - in Starscream's case, it was obvious by default - but he couldn't pinpoint why the woman's faint EM field gave off... concealed hostile intent? Either way, he watched awkwardly as Alexis Thi Dang walked over to Starscream's holomatter avatar who suddenly seemed genuinely surprised and delighted, even touched by the fact that Alexis was actually present.

"You... you really are Starscream? I thought you were dead!" Alexis' voice stuttered as the two embraced, and Orion was nearly shocked to see Starscream hold the woman tight, with a determined expression.

"It's alright, I have come to take you to safety, Alexis. If Soundwave hurt you, I will haunt him to the end of the world", Starscream whispered to her ear. "But it's time for me to return to my original frame before someone attempts to steal it again." Starscream let her go and walked to the hangar where his true frame awaited, slightly soiled and dusty but nonetheless intact and likely flight-ready; he had paid millions of dollars for its maintenance.

Suddenly Maya Brooks pulled out a gun, first pointing at Starscream and then at Alexis. The latter two looked confused and frightened.

"The Cybertronian hull goes to Cerberus or else Alexis dies", the Cerberus agent threatened, giving Orion a warning look. However, she didn't notice Samara coming around the corner and immediately recognizing Starscream's assistant, and the justicar made an effort to capture her inside a biotic shield bubble before Maya could pull the trigger on anyone. Alexis was cowering in panic as Starscream rushed to protect her; a bullet went past both of them and another nearly hit Samara before Maya was fully enclosed and immobile, but squirming and screaming insults, nonetheless. Samara strengthened her biotic grip on Maya and raised her high above ground before stating: "May you find peace in the embrace of the Goddess."

Samara's biotic pulse pushed the screaming Cerberus agent against the hangar wall with such acceleration that their spine snapped; Samara strutted calmly to examine the results, and Wrex came over to look at what was happening. "Cerberus worms again?"
