Vienna, Austria

Sam and Rose were sitting side by side at a coffee shop. She had ordered a cinnamon roll and an americano, but with everything that was going on, she couldn't even bring herself to touch the food. Sam ended up eating it after asking if she was gonna eat it and getting a 'no' in response.

Steve walked back inside wearing a blue cap and glasses, he really needed to question her choices of passing inadvertently, but so far no one had noticed him so she said nothing.

"She told you not to meddle didn't she?" Rose asked when he stopped next to her. He said nothing, a silent confirmation.

"Might have a point," Sam commented, Rose rolled her eyes.

"He'd do it for me," Steve pointed out.

"1945, maybe."

"He didn't do it," Rose repeated for the hundredth time.

Sam raised his hands whilst keeping his wrists on the table. "I just want to make sure we consider all our options. The people that shoot at you usually wind up shooting at me."

The man had a point.

Sharon, who had taken them secretly to Vienna on her trip back to work, arrived right after that and stood next to Steve.

"Tips have been pouring in since that footage went public. Everybody thinks the Winter soldier goes to their gym, most of it's noise. Except for this," she slid a file to Steve. "My boss expects a briefing, pretty much now . . . so that's all the head start you're gonna get."

"Thank you."

Steve opened the file and handed it to Rose. Bucharest. The location was more exact, it had a shortened radius of his possible location. This was better than hoping her link to Bucky would give her an exact spot instead of an entire city.

"And you're gonna have to hurry," Sharon added. "We have orders to shoot on sight."

Great.
