Somehow, Jinx was getting even bolder. It was driving Lux crazy. She liked it, but also didn't. It was irritating she wasn't bold enough to do something about it. Like when jinx tackled her after bombing Vi, Lux wanted to kiss her so bad but couldn't. Or when she cleaned Jinx's lip, and she bit her thumb. She seriously needed to toughen up and just kiss her.   Lux however was proud of herself for cuddling up to jinx when they lay down to sleep. That was definitely an advancement. She was appreciative that she got to lay on jinx the way she did, cuddled up, head on her chest, arms around her torso. That, to Lux, was pretty damn bold. She was pretty content with the current situation. She got to cuddle, hangout, and have fun with a jinx. Obviously she wanted more than that. She had a goal, to be able to kiss jinx and maybe even go further. Further. It lingered on Lux's mind. She shoo it off anytime it did fall into her thoughts, she'd never had that kind of thought before, and didn't know what to do with it. Lux almost wanted to laugh at herself for thinking about it. She got embarrassed for thinking about doing things with Jinx even though it was just her own thoughts.

Waking up was always nice, especially when Lux woke up before Jinx. That way she could casually let jinx's head or back without having to be worried. Her hair was soft, but was also naturally coarse. It was a good coarse though, Lux liked the texture. Even though she couldn't run her fingers through the blue hairs, she could still play with it. Her favorite part of jinx's hair were the fluffy loose strands in the front. That's the only part she could really run her fingers through. It kind of felt like a cats hair. The more Lux thought about it, the more Jinx reminded her of a cat. It was impossible to get up when jinx was on her, or when she was on jinx, she had a cats hair texture to her hair, and she didn't take shit from strangers.
Lux liked it when jinx was wore less clothing. As weird as the thought was, she liked to be able to see and touch jinx's skin. It was smooth, and Jinx had an  attractive torso. She also had those tattoos winding up her side that were fun to look at. The best part was she got to feel jinx and her warm bare skin when they lay down. It wasn't in some creepy way, Lux just  felt comforted by the feeling.
Time passed, jinx didn't wake up till around 9am. When she did, Lux happily pulled her face close to jinx's, hovering directly above hers.
"Want to get breakfast?" She smiled starring down at Jinx, who's face was only about six inches away.
"Muh, why don't we spend the day at the love bird house?"
That was surprising, jinx usually hated the idea of actually spending time there.
"Really?"
"Mhm," jinx sighed
"We should hurry, they probably make breakfast"
"Definitely, rich people eat three meals a day"
"I can confirm that" Lux smiled rolling off of jinx to her feet. She pulled jinx up, cause Lux knew she wouldn't get up herself.
"We should have a little sleep over with them"

"Are you drunk?"
"No,"
"I thought you hated it there"
"I do"
"Then why are we going?"
"I feel like it, and I know you and Caitlyn like chatting"
"What about Vi?"
"Just ignore anything she says, she'll definitely make comments about the other night"
lux found herself blushing just hearing the other night mentioned. She really thought she was about to get a real kiss. She'd on ever pecked people or had a childish kiss, which is just making fish lips and touching. But she could tell that what happened would have been a real kiss. Like really real real kiss.
"Mkay, Can we stop at the store quickly? I wanna grab some clothes"
"Sure, Pick me out some'ore too, you're good at it."
"Ooo okay! Come on!"
Lux was completely comfortable holding jinx's hand and dragging her out of her own house now. It was nice, and jinx just followed behind with a light tint of red on her cheeks. By now Lux knew that whenever she initiated anything, jinx would blush a little.

They were quick at the store, Lux picked out a few outfits for herself and Jinx, who just gave people dirty looks the entire time. She was seriously overprotective, but in a good way. Lux couldn't imagine feeling more safe, she knew jinx would kill anyone that so much as looks at her.  It was kind of funny, and cute.
"Alright, I got us a few outfits, ready?"
"Hm yeah" jinx still looked around the store making sure nobody looked at them weird.  Of course, they walked away without paying, this time the shopkeeper didn't even notice.
"Whad you get?" Jinx excitedly asked
"Just casual stuff, you'll like them"
"I'm exited, last time you did pretty good"
"Pretty good?"
"That means good but better because pretty is a good thing and so is good" jinx smiled
Lux just giggled and swayed their hands back and forth.
"Do you think they'll be okay with us just dropping in? Especially after last night"
"They don't have a choice, and they should just be glad it wasn't a real bomb"
"Will Vi try to get back at us for last night?"
"Probably just tease us abunch"
"I can deal with that"
"If she makes you uncomfortable let me know okay? She might be physically stronger than me, but I've always got my gun" jinx smiled tapping her gun
"You're not shooting your sister" Lux knew, even for jinx, she wouldn't do it.
"I know, but I'll point it at her girlfriend"
"That would work"
"It has before"
"Oh right. How many times?"
"I dunno, like three of four, I shot at her once. But missed"
"Jeez jinx"
"What? You know I'm crazy"
"Crazy hot"
Lux shut her mouth quick after that. That slipped. She did not mean to say that aloud. She slowly turned her head to look at jinx, who was totally red.
"...huh?"
She probably never expected to hear that out of Lux's mouth, and neither did Lux. She gulped and turned away from jinx to hide her own red face.
"I- I uh.. I said y-you're not crazy..."
"Hm" Jinx hummed nervously
Lux was almost glad she said it because of Jinx's reaction. She seemed really flustered. It was funny that she could constantly tease and flirt with Lux but the moment Lux says she's hot she goes quiet with a red face. Lux smiled to herself. Jinx really made her happy.
