The minute she set foot in the kitchen Caitlyn shot her a look. Right, Caitlyn saw them in the bed with their clothes all over the floor. Fantastic. Jinx glared right back at Caitlyn as she approached the counter where Vi was, cluelessly smiling. Of course Caitlyn was going to be all weird about it, she probably thought Jinx made Lux or something. It's like she had some big bad picture of her, just because Jinx kidnapped her, killed her mom, and attacked a few times doesn't mean she's a bad person. Caitlyn probably expected Jinx to not actually care much about Lux. Like she was completely crazy, and couldn't care less if she hurt somebody or not. That made her want to punch Cait in the face, but that wasn't going to help.
"Hey Powder!" Vi waved not realizing the glare between her sister and girlfriend.
"Hi" Jinx said sitting down at the table, Lux following and sitting beside her, smiling, also not realizing the glaring.
"Lux told me about how you ate my candy" Vi started moving from the island to the chair across from Jinx.
"You going to get me some more?"
"Hah, No" Jinx chuckled finally taking her glare off Caitlyn.
"Pancakes are done" Caitlyn put on a smile as she said a large plate with stacked pancakes on the table in front of them.
"Got any syrup Caitlyn?"
"It's in the fridge"
"Cant you get it? You're already up"
"You want it" Caitlyn smirked sitting down next to Vi, who noticed the weird tension now. Lux still seemed oblivious though. Jinx groaned and stood up, unlacing her fingers from Lux's. Chattering between the three began as she searched the big ass fridge for the syrup. It didn't matter what Caitlyn thought of Jinx, what did matter was Lux was getting along. She looked happy, so it was fine.
"Oh, Powder, can I take Lux shopping today? I want her help getting you a Christmas present!" Vi beamed as Jinx sat back down
"Isn't that still a month away?"
"Three weeks"
Jinx looked over at Lux, who was smiling at the idea. Vi can be trusted with her, right? She hadn't taught Lux how to shoot, but Vi would protect if anything went wrong right? She better, or Jinx would be sure Caitlyn got it.
"You want to Luxy?"
"Mhm!"
"Fine, but if there is so much of a paper cut on her, you won't be seeing Caitlyn for a long time" Jinx spat
"Yeesh, I'll make sure she's safe misses overprotective"
"Whatever" Jinx said shoving a syrup soaked pancake into her mouth. She glanced over at Lux, who was smiling at her. Jinx returned the smile and shoved her hand into Lux's face. What else was she going to do? Kiss Lux at the same table where her sister and Caitlyn were sitting? No way. But, it did make Lux giggle, which was just as good as a kiss. Jinx took her hand back and had another large bite of pancake. She could feel Caitlyn's glaring but ignored it. Meanwhile vi was giving a stupid grin watching her sister interacting with Lux. Wait. If Lux and Vi were going to go shopping, was...
Jinx was going to have to sit around with Caitlyn. How nice. She was definitely going to get on Jinx's case. How wonderful did it sound, explaining that she actually loved Lux and wouldn't do anything she didn't want. The best part? The sex part, Caitlyn obviously had no fears and would definitely bring that up. What an absolutely fantastic situation. But if going with Vi made Lux happy then Jinx could put up with it. But it still sucked.

"Come on Lux I have a reallllly good idea!!!"
"Okay okay just let me get my shoes on" Lux giggled craning her foot into her shoe, vi waiting impatiently next to the door. Jinx didn't want Lux to leave, but it was happening. She wait next to Lux as she finished tying her shoes, glaring at Vi. She wanted her to know Caitlyn was the price if Lux got hurt, or was upset.
"Alright let's go!" Lux smiled standing up
"Hey Lux"
"Hm?"
Jinx gave Lux a quick kiss on her lips, careful not to make it long or anything with her sister being right there.
"Have fun Luxy"
"I will, be nice to Caitlyn okay?"
Jinx looked over at Caitlyn who was still giving her a death stare.
"I'll try" she groaned
"Bye!" Lux giggled trotting out the door behind Vi, who looked just as excited. The moment the door clicked shut Jinx's head snapped over to Caitlyn who shared the glare.
"What do you want?" Jinx sighed wanting to get things over with, throwing herself into the couch. Caitlyn quietly sat down on the couch at across from Jinx. This was seriously going to be torture.
"What are your intentions for that girl?"
"What girl?" Jinx grinned twirling her hair with her finger
"Lux."
"To be with her, obviously"
"She really loves you Jinx, and I know you've killed almost everybody who's loved you."
Great, straight to her thinking Jinx is crazy to the core
"Yeah, but she's perfect, trust me I won't hurt her"
"You aren't very trustable"
"Lux thinks I am"
"She won't when someday you 'accidentally' shoot her"
"What is your issue?"
"What do you think Jinx, you've kidnapped me twice, almost killed me multiple times, been nothing but rude to me and nearly killed my mother!"
"Nearly? She lived?" Jinx sat up with a strange sense of relief.
"Oh fantastic are you going to go try to kill her again?"
"What? No! Cait I'm not some stone cold maniac y'know!"
"It sure does seem like it"
This was the worst. Now Jinx was going to say things she did not want to admit.
"Listen Caitlyn," she groaned, refusing to make eye contact.
"I-I'm sorry..about your mom, and all that crap...I'm glad she's okay. And uh....I guess you aren't that bad." She stopped there, biting her tongue. Caitlyn was staring at her, with a surprised look.
"And you mean that?"
"...don't make it weird"
"Hm, maybe you aren't so bad." Caitlyn chuckled. Jinx knew she was probably going to go be emotional about it later.
"Back to Lux,"
"Ask anything" Jinx sighed
"Are you sure you want that?"
"I'm not shy"
"You brought this on yourself" she started
Jinx just wanted it to be over with, Caitlyn was going to ask the questions eventually anyways.
"What did you and Lux really do last night?"
Wow, straight to the point.
"You want the details?" Jinx grinned
"Not really."
"Well, she said we could, so we did. And before you say anything, I'm the only one that got hurt, my back looks like a fuckin cat got stuck in my shirt"
"You didn't make her do anything correct?"
"I made sure she wanted everything that happened" jinx said with confidence, she really was careful about it.
"Good, she was okay afterwards?"
"Mhm,"
Caitlyn sighed
"So you're serious with her?"
"Yeah, I don't randomly tell cute blond girls I love them, introduce them to my sister, and become the first person they've slept with"
"I'd hope so,"
Caitlyn straightened herself, she looked like she had more to say.
"What else?" Jinx groaned
"Are you okay with me and Vi?"
Of course she asks that. Jinx obviously didn't hate either of them, and deep down was happy for them. They kind of reminded her of a married couple.
"Yeah I guess so, it's just weird sharing my sister and stuff, especially with you being an enforcer n all, and Vi just totally forgot everything you guys did to us" might as well be honest
"I'm trying to make sure nothing like what happened in the past happens again, and she's helping me find ways to assist the under-city,"
She paused
"She still loves you a lot Jinx"
"I know" she couldn't help but crack a little smile.
"Got any ideas for a Christmas present for her?" Jinx asked, trying to keep the conversation going for some reason.
"Yes actually, but it's a secret" she chuckled
"Aw come on! I won't tell her!"
"It's a surprise for you too"
"Lame"
"You'd freak out if I told you"
"Oh great what are you gonna do? Propose?" Jinx laughed a little
"I won't tell you, you have to wait and see"
"You're no fun"
"Good"
"I don't get how Vi puts up with you"
"I don't get how Lux puts up with you"
