it's been about a week and a half since Thanksgiving, almost a week since i got friend-zoned. how am i feeling about the situation you may ask? well I'm by Jade every second of everyday, her family loves me and i love them, Jax makes fun of me and her (mostly me), she whispers things to Radella and then Radella laughs at me, Rory- Jades mom, winks at her after i say something and then Jade blushes, and I'm just there. not to mention Jades random fucking out-bursts of emotions which i always just happen to be in the middle of.
"get out!" Jade screams, she has green-goo all over her face and her a towel wrapped around her body, her hair tangled and dripping wet. i immediately shut the door closed and practically run back to the living room. every ones sitting on the couch playing Super Mario Party and i sit down next to Jax and Radella, who are focused on the screen along with insulting each other every now and then.
"HAHA, freak!" Radella screeches while the 'game over' sound effect plays on the tv.
"didn't your mother teach you to treat others how you want to be treated?" Jax grunts as he bolts up out of his chair and starts clicking every button on the controller, and Radella cheers.
"i taught her how to be nice, but i don't think it worked." Rory pops from behind the couch and pats Radellas head, then walking towards the kitchen and fixing her makeup in the mirror. she has red lipstick on, a smoky eye, black dress with black heels and her hairs in a half up half down bun.
"what's the big occasion?" i ask. she wipes underneath her lips, then douses them with more red.
"it's me and Calebs 20th anniversary, so he's taking me out. speaking of which, where's Jade?" i gulp.
"b- um. she's... bathroom." my cheeks burn at the thought of her in the towel, even with the green alien shit on her face it's still enough to make my heart beat faster.
"uhm...okay." Rory widens her eyes, a smirk on her lips as she turns to head towards the bathroom.
"you've got it bad dude." Radella comments. i groan and recline back on the couch, pursing my lips.
"true dat!" Jax agrees.
"yeah, i know... i know." i sigh and Jax claps me on my back, making me grunt.
"i never imagined you as the type to lose his sanity for a girl." Jax thinks outloud.
"neither did i." i mumble and Radella giggles.
"ok, i will." speaking of which, Jade walks into the living room, fully clothed- thank god. she brushes her hair, water flicking out onto the floor as she brushes. instead of a ash black color, its more of a slick black but with the way the light reflects onto her hair, it actually makes it more of a dark brown- do you see what i mean? I'm going fucking crazy about this girl, about my bodyguard, and she just wants to be 'friends.' i thought i could handle it, i would just get over it. but little ol' Julians smitten as a kitten.
"alright gang, change of plans. we're babysitting tonight, momma bears orders." she leaps onto the back of the couch, sliding down into the seat and landing right in between me and Radella.
"babysitting? but we've been babysitting Jax all day?" Radella innocently asks and me and jade hold in our laughs.
"cheeky." Jax says with an eye roll.
