The Newcomer

Chapter 2

Dedun got to her class and she started greeting all her classmates and almost immediately they all asked "why didn't you come yesterday?".
"I went somewhere yesterday and I thought I will still be able to make it but some things came up so I wasn't able to come", she said to them. "Hmmm, shebi it is your boyfriend house you went to?" One of her classmate called Daniel asked.
"If you think so, rubbish thinker" she said and all of them laughed over it.
Not long after, A tall boy entered into their class and her classmates said he is the Newcomer and his name is "Inimidun", Esther whispered into her ear. Inumidun went to Dedun's seat and he removed her bag and dropped it on the floor and then he sat down on it.
"How dare he?" Dedun thought
"Sorry but the seat you are staying on is mine and it is my bag you dropped on the floor" Dedun said to him but he just snobbed her.
"I'm talking to you that this seat is..." Dedun was still talking when he cut her off. "I'm not deaf and point of correction, I didn't meet you here, also it was the class teacher who put me here" Inumidun shouted at her.
"Is that true guys?" Dedun asked her classmates.
"Yes, we are sorry that we didn't inform you earlier on" Gregory said concerned and he happens to be one of her friend.
"But that is not an enough reason for him to put my bag on the floor. To be sincere boy, you lack manners" Dedun said to him annoyed.
"That's enough Dedun but I guess you both are going to be partners since you are claiming seat" Gboyega said. "It can never happen!" Dedun and Inumidun said at the same time.
