3rd persons POV: "hi!" some random guy randomly popped out of nowhere startling yeonjun, yeonjun jumps from the sudden presence of this guy who he doesn't even know goes to the same school as him, since when was this guy a part of his school? "uh, hi?" yeonjun greeted awkwardly taking one of his ear phones out
"well i just wanted to ask..well..i've been wanting to ask you this for a long-long time now but i just didn't have the courage to come up to you..." 'oh my god...is this my y/n moment? i've waited so long for this moment! this guy isn't really my type but still! its feels nice to be acknowledged for once and not just cause of my best friend- "can you please ask beomgyu if he wants to go out for some coffee sometime?"
'of course...who in the living fuck would want to ask him? he's irrelevant to these people..' "oh, uh sure..." the guy had this huge smile on his face "oh my god thank you so much!" he jumped in excitement and ran off to his group of friends
yeonjun just shrugged it off because he was used to it, yes he was disappointed that he wasn't the one he wanted to ask for coffee but it wasn't really that big a deal to yeonjun, but it has always been like this, ever since he has met beomgyu everyone have completely forgotten about him, they see him as the plucky best friend, or the side character
yeonjun loves his best friend 'other people always look at us and think 'why are they best friends they have nothing in common and their personalities are completely different' but i don't give a shit about them, people only think that because they see beomgyu as a popular kid and they see me as a background character, an irrelevant person, or whatever the fuck you want to call me.'

yeonjun was zoning out again while listening to his favorite groups song 'butterfly' by bangtan sonyeondan, until he felt a body crashing into him and clinging his hands around his waist, he completely snaps out of his trance and tries to check who this random guy is-wait brown hair...smaller than him...beomgyu?
"uhhh...gyu?" yeonjun just stood there waiting for an answer 10 seconds later the guy breaks the embrace and looks at yeonjun with a huge smile on his face, yeonjun exhales the breath he's been holding "oh my god! gyu! i was so confused on who the fuck just randomly hugged me!" the younger just laughed and scratched the back of his neck and mumbled a simple 'sorry' "its just that i haven't seen you in a week!." beomgyu said while clinging himself onto yeonjuns arm like everyday, and they just walk together to school...

yeonjun was in class bored as fuck, beomgyu wasn't in that class so he had nobody to pass notes to... until he got a notification from his phone he checked and it was a message from beomgyu 'why the hell is he texting me in the middle of class?' yeonjun opens the notification to see why beomgyu was chatting him in the middle of class when he knows damn well that yeonjun doesn't like it when teachers take his phone away, cause if he gets his phone taken away from him he gets all whiny and is gonna start complaining about everything he sees, but he opens the notification anyways...
