Abhimanyu's eyes flutter open and first person he saw was his wife. A small smile spread on his face

Her hand was on his hand and his hand was on her waist, which he slowly withdrew his hand without disturbing her sleep and went to get ready

Sanaya's eyes flutter open and she blinked her eyes to adjust with the light raking her hands through her hair

Sanaya checked the time in her mobile it was 7:45 and her eyes widen
"I will be late!" She muttered getting up with a jolt and a sharp sting hit her head

"Ahh!" She winced holding her head in her palms and closed her eyes
Some blur flashes of previous night flashed infront of her eyes

"Sir, I think the drinks got exchanged"

Her eyes shot open and she tried to recall everything that happened last night but all in vain

"Ok, two possibilities. Either it was just an hallucination or he is back!" She muttered to herself
"Ok, first freshen up get myself a lime juice then I'll see." She added getting down from the bed

After almost thirty minutes Sanaya came out wearing a baby pink saree with a white blouse and water dripping down from her long hair

Sanaya first comb her hair and then she was almost done blow drying them when she heard a knock on the door of her room

She switched off the dryer then wore her bracelet and moved to open the door

The moment she opened the door her jaw dropped but eyes twinkle with happiness and head again started aching

'Hence, proven I don't hallucinate' Her conscience said
'But what's the guarantee that he is not a ghost' Sanaya thought

"Good Morning, Mrs. Rathore" Abhimanyu said pulling her out from her la-la-land and she saw him smirking at her

"Go... Good morning" She replied moving aside for him to come in

"Lime juice" He said forwarding her the glass as soon he stepped inside her room

Sanaya blinked furiously to grasp everything happening around her nonetheless took the glass from him muttering a small thanks

She took one sip and it's taste made her scowl
"Okay, I am not drinking it." She said
clucking her tongue out and Abhimanyu raised his eyebrows at her

"Ain't your head aching?" He asked her crossing his arms around his chest
"It is, but I will take a painkiller." She said and kept the glass on the side table

"When?" He asked and Sanaya shrugged
"Right now." She said
"Without eating anything?" He asked her and Sanaya nodded

"Yup, I am already getting late so, I don't have time for breakfast" She muttered walking towards her dressing table and her eyebrows furrowed

'Where did my vermillion box go? It was here only.' She thought finding her sindoor daani

"Either you will eat something first or I am not letting you have painkiller." She heard Abhimanyu's voice and Sanaya scowled

"Why so? You know, my head is aching like hell! Did you even thought how am I going to perform surgery or drive with this headache?" She asked him moving towards him frowning this didn't affected him but increased her headache
