"You are the grumpiest man I have ever met but it's fine because I anyway love you." Sanaya retorted and her hand flew up on her mouth slapping it shut and with this he knew that his plans of confessing it to her royally was ruined but he couldn't get himself to care about it
"What?" He choked on his words and she tilted her head with her hand still planted on her mouth and smiled sheepishly
"I mean if you don't, I am no one to force you to love me back but yeah, I do love you." She whispered looking straight into his eyes and he grinned and he looked soo innocent and cute to her that she couldn't help but chuckle
"Stupid girl," He whispered and twirled her around and placed his hands on the either side of her waist to pull her closer
"Why wouldn't I love you?" He questioned and she shrugged
"Why would you even love me? I am clumsy, have an unfiltered mouth and always ignored sharing things with you and indeed made you insecure. I was and I always will be the imperfect one in this relationship." She replied cupping his right cheek and he sighed and kept his hand over hers and joined their foreheads"I love you too, angel. I always will. I care for you and baby," He confessed looking into her eyes and she took a sharp breathe
"You will always be the perfect one between us." He stated firmly and she pressed her lips on his and they stayed still without moving.
Feel surreal? Well, they did. Nothing went like Abhimanyu thought but nothing could be better than this. Nothing. Nothing could feel better than having her in his arms, nothing could sound better than her voice and nothing be better than she herself. It is what it is. Sanaya never thought those words will soo easily roll from her tongue. Never. Never did she thought she can be Abhimanyu Singh Rathore's wife but she was, never did she thought she could love him but she do and never did she thought it would be feel surreal to have him, he would feel surreal.
"You know, what was my plan?", He asked as he pulled away and she looked up at him and nodded negatively
"Wanna know?" He questioned again and she nodded smilingSuddenly he was down to her eye level and he pressed another peck on her lips, lower and lower, he slowly came on his knees and Sanaya stood still in his arms and slowly she looked down at him, who pressed a kiss on her stomach before he tilted his head up
"I had no speech if guys do prepare that, angel but when I was young maa told me that people get engaged before marriage because engagement ring seals the love. We never did that," He told her sincerely as he pulled out a ring box out his pocket and opened it for her
"Would you like to seal our love, Sanaya?" He asked her and she bit her lower lip
"Quick, Mrs. Rathore. My knee hurt." He whined and she chuckled before she adjusted herself on his lap as if his bent knee was her chair and his arm automatically wrapped around her back
"I would love to." She whispered forwarding her left hand to him and he slid the ring in her ring finger
"I did not buy a ring for you to seal my love." She complained and frowned and he chuckled
"Now what to do?" He asked placing his chin on her shoulder and nuzzled his nose against her neck and she pouted
"I am sorry." She whispered and he chuckled
"You realise how cute you are?" He asked and she huffed"Abhimanyu, I breathe and I am either beautiful or cute for you. Nothing new." She stated and he smiled before he pulled out another box from his pocket and passed it to her
"It is yours." He whispered softly and she casually flipped the box open to find a ring in it and she gasped.
"Don't tell me you bought a ring for yourself?" She asked looking down at him
"No, this is for Arjun because I believe in bigamy and I find your friend hot." He remarked sarcastically and she glared at him
