Chapter 14

Koshi, Tadashi, Kenma, and Kei sat on the couch. Kichirou had just woken up then came out of the guest room crying. "Auntie Tada I peed in the bed again." Kichirou said as he walked to them with wet pants and underwear. Kei sighed then grabbed his hand. "Let's clean up so we can see Mommy alright." Kei said while grabbing his hand. Tadashi sighed then looked at each of them. "Shoyo told me he found his mate so I thought his condition got better." Kenma said, watching Hinata's son walk away with Kei. Koshi nodded as Tadashi sighed. The three of them sat there quietly, the energy felt different with Hinata not there. "Well, we need to find his alpha quickly. Do you remember who Hinata said he was?" Koshi asked, looking at Tadashi. 

The green-haired omega bit his lip. Why couldn't he remember the most vital person right now? "All I can remember is his name started with a K." Tadashi said, massaging his temple so he could try to remember. "Uhh he texted it to me!" Kenma said, getting his phone and going through their text. Koshi shook his head then bit his lip. "I don't think he did that on purpose. Hinata wouldn't do that on purpose." Koshi said as Kenma kept going through their text. Tadashi nodded, then kept trying to remember who Hinata said his alpha was. "I was always checking up on him. He did say his condition was getting worse when I asked him earlier before what happened." Tadashi said, biting his lip. Koshi rubbed his back then sighed. "Don't blame yourself. It's whoever marked him's fault." Koshi said, pouting. 

Kenma gasped then showed the phone to Tadashi. "Kageyama! The boss, his mate is his boss." Tadashi said getting up. "I know where his workplace is." Tadashi said, putting on his shoes. Kenma put on his shoes then nodded. "I have some things to say to him." Kenma said in a stern manner. "I'll take Kichirou to the hospital to visit his mom. Do you want to meet up there?" Koshi asked, getting up from the couch as well. Tadashi shook his head. "Try to only stay there for an hour or two. Something tells me Kichirou and his father shouldn't meet until Hinata wakes up." Tadashi said. Koshi nodded then went with Kei and Kichirou. Kenma and Tadashi went into their car. Tadashi started their car up and Kenma got in then sighed. "We have to make whoever this guy is go to Hinata." Kenma said as Tadashi pulled off.

When they got to the job, they rushed inside. Tadashi saw a familiar face, Yachi. "Yacchan! It's me Tadashi!" He said in a rushed breath. Yachi smiled then waved. "Hey Tadashi how ya been?" She asked with a smile. Tadashi laughed embarrassed then shook his head. "I don't have enough time to talk, where's Kageyama?" Tadashi asked with worry in his voice. Yachi could feel the tense situation. "Uhm he's in his office. Do you need something with him?" Yachi asked, confused. Kenma nodded, "Yes! We need to speak to him immediately!" He exclaimed. Yachi nodded in confusion then checked her computer. "Oh he's in a virtual meeting right now. Do you think you guys can wait?" Yachi asked, still with a confused look. Tadashi shook his head. "It's kind of a life or death situation Yacchan. Hinata Shoyo's life is really... dependent on him." 

Yachi gave in, then warned Kageyama that the two would be entering his office. Tadashi and Kenma rushed in then huffed. "Hm? Tsukishima Tadashi? What are you doing here at such an unfortunate time?" Kageyama said in an obviously bothered tone. Kenma walked up to him then grabbed his collar. "You marked my best friend and now he could be on his death bed because of you." Kenma said. Tadashi crossed his arms as Kageyama looked at the both of them confused. "What are you talking about?" Kageyama questioned, he slightly shoved Kenma away from him then fixed his shirt. "Hinata is your omega. You marked him, but since you've been basically non-existent in his life he's been getting sick and he could die if you don't help him." Tadashi explained. Kageyama knew he had a connection to Hinata. But he never mated him. 

"I haven't mated Hinata. Don't make me call security." Kageyama hovering his hand over a button under his desk. "You were drunk! 4 years ago you met him at a bar, hooked up, and you marked him! Please Kageyama, you both have a son who can't live without his mom!" Kenma yelled. Kageyama's eyes widened, old memories started filling up his head, everything started connecting then he got up. "Take me to him now."
