AFEW WEEKS LATER
I Decided I was gonna talk to Matt since I don't talk to him as often as I'd like. When I got to the prize corner I said ''heyo Matt, good to see ya!" he stared at me for a second as if to see if i wanted something or i was messing with him "hey...' ' he got out seeming suspicious of me. "What do you want y/n '' I sighed "I just wanted to talk to you! Chill man" i said slightly annoyed he only saw the worst in things "fine what do you want to talk about" he said sounding slightly friendlier i smiled at him "why are people scared of you?" he looked at me as if I were stupid "why do you think? Their scared of my smile even you were when you saw me.''
He said while giving a slight chuckle. How did he know that? I did my best to hide it. Did I really do that bad? "If you're wondering, I read social cues very well considering all I do is talk to people all day...are you here for the fireworks?" he said "oh,no no no i just wanted to talk this place is kinda boring" he seemed shocked at that statement as if no one talks to him for just fun thats kinda sad actually. "That's actually kinda nice," He said, his smile turning more genuine. I gave a soft smile back. "Well everyone needs a friend!" this time his smile grew wider with motion and he sputtered out "oh thanks it does get lonely over here sometimes" That's sad at least i get to walk around "well you can count on me to cheer you up" I said while giving him a goofy smile and pointing to myself matt chuckled at this. As i checked my watch after hanging with matt for awhile i realized that freddies was about to close "huh would ya look at that time really does fly when you're having fun" i said while looking back at matt he replied with "it's time to go home already guess i'll see you tomorrow"i gave a smile while saying "see ya " while walking out i never realized that me and matt have the same walkhome so we can talk more but it was awkward since we just said goodbye but we did chat more "hey at least no one tried to hurt the fox today" matt said after a few seconds of silence "yea i'm glad about that i think they are one of the sole reasons i was highered" matt chuckled to this and said "could be the missing kids you know."oh yea i forgot about that poor kids..... "yea i suspect it was one of the employees but i trust it wasn't you" matt froze for a second part of that "contract by the way even if you did find out you couldn't tell anyone that as in the contract" what!? Was he serious? Dang it what was wrong with our boss "is it his fault we have to sign it or does he just have to do so??"matt sighed hele sitting down on a nearby bench and chuckled "corse not he said himself we all signed the contract" matt seemed upset for some reason before talking again "i wish i hadn't I WOULDN'T BE IN THIS MESS IF II HAD JUST IGNORED THE HELP WANTED SIGN!" matt's smile was replaced with an extremely angry look so i said "hey matt i was dragged inn herre the same as you and i'm no happier about it" matt froze for a second and looked at me "i really hate working there and i think you do too "hey the last time i worked with jack he had the place shut bow so you might be lucky" that that made me think so i said "if it was shut down why would you come back?" matt sighed and said "not like i had a choice contract stuff" i gave him a kinda soft slime and got up and reached my hand out to help him up which he grabbed and mumbled something under his breath "well this is my stop see ya later matz'' i said while walking in my house and sat on the couch i was far too tired to even get changed out of my work clothes soi just set an alarm on my phone for n the morning so i wouldn't have to wal tomy room to wake up to that dreadful alarm clock ugh wait tomorrow's sunday were not open! Thank god i won't have to deal with an army of 5 year olds nearly ripping my arms off and people trying to hurt foxy pews. Just then I heard my phone go off with a text message. It's from my boss "since halloween is next month can you dress up for the kids this gives you time to get ready" heh i have an idea if matt will agree... I went on a walk to clear my mind and bumped into someone MATT! So i said "hey dude!" Matt looked glad?to see me and replied with "hey assuming you got that message about the costume too?"with that i grew a mischievous grin and said "about that you know how people are scared of your smile?" Matt seemed to get the hint and his smile turned mischievous. "I think I know what you mean and I agree." Matt said, grabbing my hand, seeming to take me somewhere as we came to a cute little house. Matt pulled out a key and put it in the door. We walked in and matt grabbed a few thing and gave them to me "these are some of the exact uniforms wear so for halloween your not in a rush" aww that's nice of him "thanks ma-" i said before i was interrupted "the reason i've brought you here so soon is we need to work on my show stopping smile i can't wait to see how it looks on you" welli then felt heat rising to my cheekes but i shook it off.
