When I woke up I noticed that I was in my room. I could tell that steen or matt was home with me because I could smell something cooking. I got out of bed and noticed it was steven! I saw him yesterday but not for long so I was still happy to see him. I hugged him from behind. Steven jumped a bit at this "it's nice to see you too, y/n" i stopped hugging him and leaned against the counter. Looking at the clock it was 8 am not to bad but i was still slightly upset i couldn't see matt more. "I WAS going to make you breakfast in bed but this is good too" steven said plating the food i was still wondering what matt was going to say while i ate. "You seem to have something on your mind, what is it?"Steven asked, sounding slightly concerned "oh uhm" i said "matt was going to tell me something at the hospital but he got interrupted"steven seemed annoyed at this and said "oh. He told me to tell you he was coming over again later today." that made me happy and said "thanks for letting me know!" He stopped looking annoyed and looked at me. "No problem" he said while i washed my dirty plate "hey y/n" he said as i turned to look at him "can we hang out somewhere sometime? I mean like, an actual hang out" i smiled at him "sure steven! That sounds fun!" And with that there was a knock at the door. It must be matt i walked to the door and opened it. "Hey matt! Nice to see you again! Thanks for bringing me home yesterday!" matt smiled a more natural smile opposed to his regular one. We went inside and i said "i've been in the hospital for at least a week and i bet i'm still better at mario car then you" Matt brought up a mischievous smile and said "i doubt that." i turned the tv and mario cart on without realizing steven had stepped in to watch in the middle of the match i heard my phone ring so I got up to see who it was. JACKSON?!i quickly picked up the phone "hey old pal!" jackson had said "hey what's got you calling me out of nowere?!" jackson just replied with "oh that! I'm moving to your town!" I gasped in shock, Steven looking confused behind me "hey!" Jackson said "I wanna visit you! Where do ya live?" I answered with "i live at (insert address here)" jackson seemed to do a happy squeal "no way! Ill be your neighbor!" thats who was moving in next door?! I couldn't ask for anyone better! "Well when you get here you better viit me! Ill beat ya if you don't!" I said in a joking tone "I will don't worry!" jackson said and we both hung up the phone "who.was.that" Matt said in an extremely annoyed tone "oh! It was my old friend jackson! Don't worry we won't have the same problem with him as we did mark!" it was stevens turn to be annoyed "i heard what happened between you and mark. How can you be so sure it wont happen with jackson?" he said, sounding even more annoyed with every syllable "well uh" i said "hes aro/ace?" "oh" steven said "that's fine!" Matt cut into the conversation "anyway. Why did he call you?" i turned towards Matt and said "oh! He's moving in next door!" Steven broke the silence again with "does that mean we will have to reschedule? I'm fine with it if we do." i shook my head at him "of course not! And besides you didn't even set a date!" steven seemed to be flustered at this "o-oh yea! Sorry y/n!" i was about to reply when i heard a knock at the door! It must be jackson! I bolted over to the door and opened it and sure enough there he was "JACKSON!" "N/N! (nick-name)" He squeezed me in a tight hug picking me up. "It's so good to see you again!" we said practically at the same time matt and steve had made it to the door as jackson set me down. "Oh!" i said pointing at matt and steven "these are my friends! The one with brown hair is Matt and the one with the tie on iis steven!" Jackson completely froze for a moment before whispering to me "is that his ACTUAL head or a mask. And why does Matt dude have such a creepy smile" i gently hit him with my elbow before saying "jacson! Dont be so rude!" Jackson put his hands up in his defense "im sorry im sorry, i didn't mean to be rude!" I just smiled and sat on the couch, Matt and Steven almost immediately sitting next to me on either side leaving Jackson to sit on the chair "so, jackson what brings you to town?" Steven said, seemingly staring down Jackson "oh!" Jackson said "im a construction worker working on a new fazbenders!" my face dropped, i would be required by contract to work there again. GREAT ""oh heh!" I said , trying to make light of the news, "Guess I have to go back to work there." Matt didn't seem to be happy with the new either but I just brushed it off. What could go wrong at an all new fazbenders?! Oh god i'm going to hate this
