Chapter 12

Donna came running into the room I was in which surprised Devon and Robert. Donna had scissors and jabbed them into the box that was connected to me, and my restraints broke. I looked up at her confused.

"What? How did you find me?"

I felt something crawl up my leg and I looked down to see Shelly.

"And you brought Shelly."

"Shelly followed me and Eva told us where you were. Apparently, she could see you through the eye she can't see out of. So, you two are connected." Donna said helping me up.

"Well, this is unexpected." Robert said.

Miranda came into the room with Eva following close behind her. Miranda broke the glass and something black came out of her arm or something and she dragged Deveon and Robert down.

"Who are you and why did you take MY daughter and Y/n!" Miranda said choking them both.

"We only took Eva so Y/n would agree to come. We aren't here to hurt anyone of you." Robert said wheezing.

Miranda decided to let them go and question them.

"Help with what?" Miranda asked.

"An old friend of mine is after Y/n and wants her dead. He killed her parents, and he will kill her if we don't get to him first." Robert explained.

"Y/n? Is that true?" Donna asked me.

"Robert said that and weather that is true or not he knows that his friend Adam is out to get me and Ronald was the one who attacked that day. Him and 3 other people used to work for Robert but turn on him and went with Adam."

Shelly was rubbing my neck and making cute ferret sounds. I'm so happy she was here, and I felt bad that I forgot about her. I was going to guess that Angie helped take care of her.

"Why are they after miss Y/n?" Eva asked.

Poor girl I don't think she understands that they want to kill me. I don't think she hear Robert say that.

"They want to kill me because of my family. More specifically my father."

"Aww no! I don't want miss Y/n to die!" Eva cried hugging my waist.

"Does Adam have any powers?" Miranda asked.

"That I do not know. It's been a few years since I've seen him so who knows what he is, or he could be a normal person." Robert said.

"Nice." Angie said unamused.

"Can we leave this place? I'm getting tired."

"Yes, I suppose you can leave since I don't need you to lose your cool again like you almost did. If you guys didn't have, come in when you did Y/n would have gone on a killing spree." Robert said.

"What?" Donna said confused.

"If Y/n gets too emotional she will lose control of herself and go on a killing spree, and it doesn't matter who is in her way. You are good as dead if you get in her way or just so happen to be in her way." Robert explained.

"Okay then... Donna you are to be by her side at all times. Meaning Y/n is going to have to sleep with you as well. I don't want to run the risk of her killing everyone. Do you understand me?" Miranda said turning to Donna.

"What!? But mother I-I I can't have her sleep with me!" Donna said panicked.

"It hast to be done. Do. You. Understand. Me." Miranda said darkly.

"Yes, mother I understand." Donna said admitting defeat.

Angie laughed her little doll head off and Eva was confused but smiled anyway.

"Auntie Donna and miss Y/n will get married if they do that." Eva said so innocently.

I snorted and Donna squeaked. Angie lost her shit and Miranda started laughing along with Devon and Robert. 

"What? Did I say something wrong?" Eva asked.

"No Eva you didn't it was just funny. Oh man children are so funny sometimes." Miranda said wiping tears away.

Eva smiled unaware of what was going on and it was best if she didn't know. When she gets older though shell decently figure it out and probably get embarrassed about it.

"Alright let's get some sleep." Angie whined.

"For once I agree with Angie."

"Hey!" Angie said.

Angie wrapped her little arms around my neck and just stayed there. Guess she wanted a ride which was fair. Miranda led Robert and Devon somewhere and Eva said goodbye to Donna and I before following her mother. Donna and I walked back to her house and Angie is teasing Donna to no end about how she was blushing and nervous.

"Angie why don't you leave Donna alone now."

"What? No way! This is way too much fun!" Angie said with glee.

"I'll make cookies if you do."

"Oh? Make enough for me and my friends then we have a deal." Angie said.

"I'll make some for your friends."

Angie nodded and nuzzled with Shelly in my hood. I put Shelly in a little bed before heading to bed with Donna who was still very nervous. I stayed on her side, and I stayed on my side. I hope she will be okay with me now needing to be with her.

I hope I don't become a burdon for her or to her.
