Black Diamond's pov:

When we arrived I was met with one of my onyx agates who's face was plastered with worry.

"M-my diamond!" she exclaimed, "The natives of the planet h-have, well t-they, stars how do I put this-"

"Spit it out already, I don't have all day," I interrupted, I was already aggravated after my little disagreement with White, I didn't have the patience for this agate.

"As you know, they have caused problems in the past for the gems here and after your last visit t-they threatened to harm the other diamonds if you don't remove all of your gems from this planet, they mainly aimed their threats towards White Diamond, m-my Diamond," she replied in a hurried tone followed by a salute.

"They what!"I roared.

If it were any other weaker species I would've brushed it off as if it were nothing but this planet's inhabitants were far more advanced than the others I had come across here. They were strong, intelligent and significantly taller than our little Pink Diamond, meaning they could easily shatter the weaker gems that I had assigned to oversee the gem production here.

"Which pathetic life form said this, I want them found and executed immediately!"

"That's the problem, my D-diamond, it was their ruler,"The worry in the agate's voice grew more evident as she carried on, "h-he also said if you don't stop gem production on his planet then he will declare w-war"

My face twisted in disgust and anger, although the agate couldn't see my expression due to the mask covering my face, she seemed to become uneasy at my silence. My hands clenched into fists as I tried to contain my emotions, a black mist swarmed around them.

"Where is this ruler?" i spoke through gritted teeth, "I wish to speak with him"

"I believe he is over in his Palace in the mountains, my Diamond"

"Thank you Agate, you may return to your post," The agate saluted and rushed off back to her assigned position. I turned my attention to the Pearl beside me, "I would like you to accompany me please Pearl"

"Of course my Diamond" she obliged

My rage only grew with every step I took towards the Palace. How dare such a low life form threaten to harm the diamonds, especially my White, I thought to myself as I approached the doors. The guards posted there drew their weapons at us.

"What do you want gem?" one of them sneered

"I'm here to have a little chat with your precious leader," I paused to look down to the waist high native, "about his statement to declare war with me, oh and about his remark on harming the other Diamonds"

"He doesn't want to speak with your kind, we want you off our planet you monster" the second guard replied

"Monster?" I chuckled, "you want to see what a monster can do?"

They backed towards the door and raised their weapons higher as I advanced towards them. My pearl took a few steps back, not knowing what to expect. As the guards went to attack I raised my hands to summon a black mist which seeped through the ground and pierced through their flesh as they yelled in agony.

"That's what a monster can do dear," I stated emotionlesly as I watched them beg while the life left their eyes.

"Come on Pearl," I said as I ducked to get through the Palace doors only to be met with more guards and their so called leader.
