 CHAPTER 2

I have that strange feeling inside of me right now. You know, that feeling? After something happened you just wanna, throw up? That's what I feel like right now. If I didn't run away, I would of thrown up all over everything. Disgusting, right? But, this is a natural feeling for a geek. You just have to suck it up and just wait until the taunting is over. Luckily, I don't get that often. Very rare do I get taunted.

Walking past houses I finally make it to mine. A large, fancy house that stretched above the sky. Hiding the sun, which made it have a glow in the background.

"Hi honey!" my mom says with excitement.

"Hi mom," I say with a wave, then fixing my glasses. My mom runs down the porch stairs and gave me a big hug.

"I'm so glad to see you! How was school?" she asks with a smile that was so big, it looked like she could open her mouth and eat me whole.

"Um... good," I say, lying through my teeth. I should just cut my tongue off.

"That's great!" my mom says with perk while slapping her hands together.

"Yeah, bye," I say, walking past her. But no, my mom DOESN'T get the freaking hint. Of course she follows me like a dog. She moves her hands gracefully and I just stop.

"Mom! Give me some me-time!" I exclaim. My mom pauses and sighs.

"Oh, okay honey. You have your me-time! I'll water the beautiful flowers," my mom says with a soft but high voice. I roll my eyes and I got through the front door without any bother. I walk up the stairs and I fixed my black shirt that was see-through.

"Kill me now!" I say. I bite my lips and wished life would be better for me.

"I need some fun," I say to myself. I get up and I put on the heels. I walk down the stairs and ran out to Jenna's house. I walk quietly to the backyard trees where her and her group were having a pool party. I spotted the boys there too. Everyone in the "popular" group was there. I look at the trees and there was thick, but hidden branches, so I climbed the bulky tree in a snap. They didn't even notice. So I laid back on the thick branch and watched Bradon's every move. I smile and I enjoy this view, until my high heel slipped from my foot. It lands on the ground and then I slip.

"Ahhhhh!" I scream and I hit the ground. people walk up and I said my last words before they killed me.

"What, the, Hell?!" Jenna says, looking at me with anger. Then she has a smile appear on her face.

"Boys, grab her," she says with giggles. I look at them and I shake my head.

"No, no! Please don't! I can't swim!" I yell with panic. But they don't listen and the muscular boys pick me up. I kick and scream, but they throw me into the deep end either way. My body hits the water and I sunk in like a sinker. My eyes began to close, and one think I did know was that my glasses fell.

"Oh my God! Guys, she is drowning!" Bradon yells with horror.

"So? We'll get her," Jenna says, walking over to him and wanting to kiss. But he shoves her off.

"Get away from me Jenna. We are through," he says with disgust. He runs and dives in. He grabs my lost body and brought it up to shore. He lays me on the concrete and people began to get scared so they ran off. Jenna stood there frozen. Tears fell from her cheek.

"Come on, stay with us," he says then does CPR on me. I soon spit out water and I cough.

"Bradon?" I ask, feeling light headed.

"Hey," he says with a smile. But it was blurry, so I really couldn't see it. But I did know it was him by the color of his hair.

"Where are my glasses?" I ask, finally getting my vision back.

"I think, in the water," Bradon says, getting up and diving in the water. A couple minutes later he had my glasses in his hand. He dries them off with a towel and puts them on my face like a fairytale.

"I-I, have to go," I say, rushing away. I need to grow some major balls, don't I?
