Marinette: We need to get mom and dad!

Marin: No kidding! You go, I'll stay back.

Marinette: Your powers aren't fit for combat. I'll stay, you go.

Marin: *sigh* Alright..

They hugged each other before Marinette pulled away, shooing him out the same way she sent the boys. He looked back as Marinette watched.

Marinette: Now go!

He hesitantly fled the barrier and made it back to the bakery to see the city trying to break the door down. He swam through the window and saw his parents in a corner. He called them out, hurrying as they fled the bubble. They swam out near the reef outside the pool. They looked around for the batfamily but they couldn't find them. That's when Alfred appeared behind them and pulled them into the cave to find the others there.

Marin: I need to go back for Mari. I can't just leave her there!

Sabine: Marin, just for once...could you please trust Marinette?

Tom: She has Tikki and her friends to back her up. The most we can do, is cheer her on.

Marin: I hope you're right..

Marinette: Tikki, you wanna try that spell?

Tikki: But Marinette, we haven't perfected it yet.

Luka: Whatever you two are planning, you better do it now!

Tikki floated in front of Marinette as they both bowed their heads, closing their eyes. Their eyes opened slowly as their arms lifted in sync. Markings appeared on Marinette's arms to match the symbol painted on Tikki's spot. Tentacles swirled in pattern around her arms and on her face then glowed with a cyan light. Nino then lowered his shield as a colossal Kraken appeared around them.

Its eight arms waved in the ripples in the water. Its tentacles fired at the ground right below the mer-men and maids causing them to fall back. Marinette swung her arm to the right as the beast followed. It began to move and push through the crowds exiting the school. "Mari, we don't wanna hurt them, let's just go, ok?" pleaded Alya. But she didn't listen. "She's looking for someone... Lila.." Adrien spoke without doubt.

She looked around the entire city but to no avail. She was probably blending in with the crowd. Luka shook her by her shoulders. "Mari! C'mon, she isn't worth it!" he begged. She stopped and looked up to him. She then felt movement in the water and sent a tentacle after it. It grabbed the object and brought it up in front of them. It revealed to be Lila. She readied another tentacle that turned into a frozen pointed shard.

Her friends held her back restraining her movements. She flinched as her eyes twitched. Tikki turned around to look at her. She grit her teeth, squeezing her eyes shut. She dispersed the water and so went the Kraken vanishing. Angry tears fell from her eyes. She pushed her friends away but soon after heard her name being called. It was the rest of her classmates...including Kagami.

Alix: Marinette!

Rose: Oh thank Atlantis! Are you ok!?

Marinette: No..I-I'm fine.

She looked around but then realised that the liar escaped and swam away somewhere out of her range. She frowned turning back to her friends who wore faces of worry and concern for their friend. But for some of them..they looked uncertain about the news and the reality of their city. Was what he had said true?

Kim: Was what the Mayor said..true?

Marinette: Yes.

Juleka: You could've told us you know, Marinette.

Milene: She's right. Why didn't you tell us.

Marinette: It was because of Lila.

Ivan: Well, we're here now and we want to help.

Adrien: Mari, we're in this together.

Max: You can count on us 100%.

Kagami: I know you and I don't get along.
We used to be friends when you showed me around the city when I was new. We used to be close, so close that we shared everything with each other. But after a while, we started growing apart. I don't quite know what went wrong, but I want to help too.

Chloe: I'm sorry! I..- This is all my fault! I know you have no right to believe me but I'm being utterly serious right now!
A mail mer-man brought that letter to me and I'm the one who left it on Daddy's office! It was probably Lila and I should've know better!

Marinette swam up to the blonde and placed her hand on her shoulder. She looked up shocked as Marinette grinned.

Marinette: So then what are we waiting for?
Let's see what good-old daddy's doing. *smiles*

Everyone smiled and cheered heading off to the Mayor's office. Being led by Chloe.
