The lullaby of birds swing through the air. Fresher than newly cropped plants. But the wind blew and the crack of her eyes opened up to him, Andy. Air never felt more sweeter. Maybe it wasn't the encounter she asked for but the acquaintance that kept her serene.
" Awake already? I didn't finish breakfast yet."
" Gosh you didn't have to."
She slowly approaches to check with a bright yawn. He was making breakfast and she couldn't help but stare, how nonchalant she didn't have a thought but to just observe and bask in the moment and scenery of him. She gave in to this sweet thing she felt without having to put up a fight it was like someone had already proposed this to happen by chance, by fate and not a mistakable one.
" Wow, you look professional. I wanna taste, I wanna taste."
" Here taste it a little bit, careful its hot."
" Mmm this is good."
" What time do you go to school?"
" At 8 why?.. Oh My Fucking God."
" Thank god it's still 7 I start school at that time too."
The emotions of shock and relieve went through her brain too fast it gave her a headache. He assures her from the pain and tries to sit her down and prepares both their breakfasts. They talked through it. A crack comes through the door, but they couldn't hear it. Faerie peeps in to see them and and a sense of knowing it would happen made her feel relieved, at the restaurant, she saw his face lit up at Thea, she's feeling quite grateful. A year for Thea that isn't lonely, backing up and leaving them to be together. They talked almost as if time could go by and nothing was more important. The day progressed and with the morning with his smile and sweet eyes oh how dawn came arising for such a moment to be left forever in their hearts.
They both got ready for school, which coincidentally was across from each other's. What a start to a day. It didn't take suffering for her to become happy like a sun that had to rise each morning.
" Bye, I'll meet you again after school!"
" Bye!!!"
They took separate ways and fled to where they had to be. Amalthea calmly steps to school. There was a gruesome thick air covering the school. Faerie glances at her and immediately approaches her. Pulling her away from the people grieving. They looked familiar.
" Faerie, what happened..?"
" He.. those are his, Thea go home you shouldn't have come"
" FAERIE!!! Catch your breath. What happened."
With a gulp she confesses. Thea was struck, far away from the world's gravitational pull floating in painful void. She runs away tears in her face, she realizes those people were his grandparents. She starts running for his life. Her legs were flying through the wind as if trying to reach a destination she would never get to but it still wanted to try even in its dying days. Pain surged as the tears syncs with the wind. She didn't scream but her stomach was crunched all together, letting out a pained sigh no sound could come out but her body was doing it for her.
" THEA!! STOP!!"
" He's gone."
Damaging her own emotions her mouth felt pain surging through after saying it under her breath. She finally braces herself. She had ran far, through hills, forests, and yet found her in an empty beach where they first met in the middle of the woods. How painful it is still beautiful even in a drowsy hurricane of a spell this day was. She looks around and keeps walking towards the ocean hoping for it to crash her down and take her away sweeping her back to him and memory
