Task Six - Six Shades of Snow - Deaths

It has been a long, cold, boring day, even for those who have found warmth. The snow has stopped; the arena is eerily still. Suddenly, without the anthem for warning, the faces flash up onto the sky:

Lucky Patricks...

April Joy...

Leveret Hare...

Jack Oliver Lantern...

The pictures fade, only to splutter into life to announce what every tribute knows will be the last task of the arena. In twenty four hours, they know it will be over. Weeks of toiling, killing, surviving, and now they are exhausted and drained.

The final task is coming soon, tributes, so stick around for about fifteen minutes or so!

Yes, I know there's no pretty characterisation here, but somebody distracted me *cough cough* and I wouldn't get it up on time otherwise. Punctuality for the win!

Congratulations to all of our semifinalists; you've all been brilliant!

As for our finalists: Jefferson Crane, Victoria Iocus, Fiametta Embers and March Easterwells. Well done, but it's not over yet! This is a close-run contest so I expect all guns blazing for the next entry!

May the odds be ever in your favours,
