Shadow Ghost

Shadow and Hailey were as different as day and night. Unfortunately, their costumes only reflected the 'night' side of each of them.

Since they were from the Halloween District, it was quite obvious that the costumes were going to be traditional Halloween costumes. But, to go with every costume every year of the Games, the stylists had decided to 'mix it up'.

For Hailey, they took one glance at her wavy, dark brown hair and blue eyes, and decided to really sex up her costume. Her black dress was short and spiky, barely covering up anything. The stylists got away with it by forcing her into black, netting tights. They added knee-length leather boots with a much higher heel than Hailey was used too, and tied a spider-web cape around her neck. Topped off with a black broom in her hand and a black hat adorning her specially-curled hair, it was obvious Hailey was a witch.

Shadow was something different entirely. He wasn't wearing the witch costume, and was instead dressed in an all in one black body-suit, that reached from his neck to his ankles. There was no decoration on the fabric, and the only other part to his outfit was the cloak.

The cloak was a work of art - deep, emerald green satin embroidered with black stars, it moved like a pool of water and looked as soft as, well, the softest thing you could name.

For the first time in years, Shadow had also had a brush ran through his hair, and he hadn't protested. He knew he needed to look his best to gain the sponsors he needed. He also needed to act it, and that angle came into play when him and Hailey took their first steps onto the chariot.

The chariot had been adorned with smoke machines, allowing a cloud of spooky mist to hover around the feet of the tributes. The horses were jet black, with what seemed like sequins sewn into their fur.

As the chariot rolled into the stands of the Capitol, Shadow's act came into play. Only it wasn't an act, it was the real.

He wasn't just acting a Victor.

He was a Victor.

Eve Ween

Eve looked into the mirror to see a different person, She not Eve anymore. The stylist changed her completely she doesn’t even think she is looking at herself for a moment. Her long lustful hair now cut to her shoulders, now dyed a light orange. Her skin now painted as a skeleton, The dress was cut short to her knees. It was somewhat tight and fit herbody showing off her figure, The sleeves were see through. The stylist did an amazing job.

She  slowly walked out of the room, Everything was loud. Other tributes ran around along with their stylist, meanwhile Eve’s stylist was nowhere to be found.

Jack. Eve’s partner for tonight walked up to her. “Are you nervous?” He asked gulping. He wore a black tuxedo. His skin as well was painted as a skeleton, His tie was a bright orange. They looked beautiful together. The height and everything.

“No,” She lied, you could see it in her eyes. “Actually i’m petrified, I don’t know what to do! My heart is in my stomach and i might start sweating like a pig,” Eve gulped

“Calm down,” He said brushing her arm.

A man walked up to them. “It’s time to go to your chariots,” He said walking away.

Eve gave Jack a slight smile, They walked over to the chariot. They looked around to see other tributes getting into their own chariots. The chariot had a skull on the top, Leaking out black smoke behind them.

“Here are these gloves, Good luck,” He said giving them black studded gloves, “They will help get peoples attention. Raise your hands when your chariot starts,”

Eve and Jack nodded, They were the 5th one to go. They had a few moments to think, let out the tears until their chariot began to move. Eve’s eyes meet Jack’s. “Ready?” Jack smiled

“Unfortunately i have to be!” Eve confessed.

The crowd was huge and gigantic. Many different colors filled the crowd. The capitol went crazy as Eve and Jack chariot left. They raised the hands as told. Black smoke went out the glove just like the chariot.

Jack Oliver Lantern

The Tributes all rolled out in pairs, each of them holding a different expression on their faces. There was fear and excitement, confidence and nerves.

A bone chilling, shrill echoes through the plaza as another chariot bursts into sight. While it is still gold, terrifying black markings decorate it. The paintings are detailed enough to put a vivid picture of torture and death in the audiences mind.

Standing in the chariot are two of the Tributes from the Halloween District; Jack Lantern and Eve Ween.

Eve is dressed in a body hugging black dress, cutting off near her knees. The sleeves are a dusty grey color, puffing out as they clamp around her wrists.  Her hair is a bright orange color, pulled up into a tight bun. Woven tightly into her hair are an assortment of green leaves, a deep contrast to the the color of her hair.

Standing beside her is Jack, his face set in a cocky grin that is clearly visible, despite the thick makeup. He is dressed handsomely, his deep black suit resembling the night sky. His tie is bright orange, the exact color of Eve's hair. His hair was tousled in the sexiest way.

But the most remarkable thing about their costumes was their makeup. Their faces resembled the most frightening ghouls, mixing greys and blacks to increase the spooky vibe. Greyish bones stuck out, the detail matching real bones.

It took the crowd a second to comprehend what they were, but when they did, they cheered out, their initial shock gone. The crowd was loving them, and their confident attitude created awe throughout the audience. And for a few minutes, no one could think of their pending doom.

Hailey Hallow

Hailey is wearing a simple black dress that has little spikes at the bottom.

The dress falls to about mid-thigh, as the stylist was trying to make her 'prettier' .

She is also wearing lace leggings, and black boots, and also some long black gloves to go with the dress. Along with the dress is a big, black witch hat, and a small silver-ish amulet.

To make Hailey more 'Mysterious', The stylist has placed mini Fog-Machines, on both Hailey and Shadow, so there would be some black fog hanging around her feet.
