Weapon of choice: flexibility,does magic tricks to distract people while she thinks up a plan,ability to run fast and not lose her breath for a while
Tactics: she knowwss the capitol will love her but shes not really really confident,she knows even if you get sponsers to help you you still have to work to win,she will only pick people she knows she can trust,refuses to get close for the fear of being a sobbing wreck when they die
