Name: Snowflake Elfington

Gender: Female
Age: 11
Appearance: Snowflake has long, blonde curls that pool on her shoulders, and mysterious green-blue eyes that sparkle in the light. Unlike most people in the Christmas District, she has evenly tanned skin, which never seems to fade. She is small, but not so small she looks like a toddler. If you want to put it into ages, she looks about nine.

Personality: She is very quiet, hardly ever speaking, but this because she is constantly scared. She suffers terrible hallucinations, and lives in a nightmare world of her own imagination. She sees the worst in everyone, when her imaginary world lets her see the real people, and she can't remember any time of her life where she hasn't been scared of something or someone.
Weapon: If her hallucinations calm down enough to let her use a weapon, she uses something that there is plenty of in the Christmas District - icicles. They are sharp, and work like spears or knives, but they melt. However, Snowflake has heard that the Capitol can make un-melting icicles - perhaps one of these will be hidden in the Cornucopia for her.
Tactics: Snowflake doesn't hide anything. She will speak to people if they speak to her, and she is honest about her hallucinations and the type of things she sees. Because of this, and because she sees things that others don't, she appears the the public (and the other tributes) to be very smart and tactical, plus she seems to know everything about the other tributes. Everything that is useful anyway.
District Token: Around her neck she has a silver chain, on which hangs a small vial. She got given this by the District doctor, and the vial holds a potion that will help her sleep and calm her hallucinations for a few hours. It is very strong, and it only takes a drop at a time so there is still plenty left to help her through the games.
