Appearance: Dark auburn hair that shimmers with a different array of red shades intermixed with lighter golden tones. There is such range of colours that when hit at the right angle by light it appears ablaze. It falls in loose waves much like flickering flames of fire. Her skin is pale although occasionally scattered with freckles. She has a rounded, heart shaped face. Full lips often emphasised with a bright red lipstick. Etta has cool blue eyes that she has learnt to gain attention with a captivating stare. She often outlines her eyes in kohl to give them more prominence. She often fixes her features in enigmatic smirks of mischief. Etta is beautiful. Not in an obvious way. But interestingly attractive.

Personality: Etta is a fairly closed person. She does not express her true emotions easily and it is near impossible to tell what she is really thinking. Etta is sarcastic to the point it is hard to tell when she is genuine, cynical and confident. She is very good at locating the insecurities of an enemy and weakening their resolve. She is naturally teasing and mocking. Etta is an amusing person to have around. However if a person gets on her bad side she can turn very cruel. Etta has a fiery temper. She is argumentative, stubborn and reckless. She can turn vicious if upset. Furthermore she has a strong set of beliefs and will not hold her tongue if she thinks injustice has occurred. She comes from a particularly oppressed District and henceforth has a lot of anger which she struggles to control. In her District she is known as a troublemaker. She often humiliates figures of authorities. Upon her body she has many bruises and scratches from previous punishments.

Weapon: Gunpowder, explosives and lots of it. For close combat she would use daggers.

Tactics: Etta will not play Games. She detests the thought of having to be someone she is not or make up a sob story. She is a naturally resistant person and plans to survive through her own perseverance. She will not hold her tongue.

Token:  A ruby choker. She wears it as a macabre tribute to her father. He attempted to kill a particularly cruel peacekeeper and was hung because of it. The choker is meant to represent the murder of her father. Guy Embers.
