Quick method :)

In the mirror method, you lay down on your back and imagine your self in a pitch black room with nothing but a faintly glowing mirror. Imagine yourself walking up to the mirror and seeing your DR self.

Way one:

Put your hand up against the mirror and they will follow. As soon as you touch hands, The glow gets brighter and brighter until it's almost blinding. When it fades away, you are now on the opposite side of the mirror in your DR body. You can now open your eyes.

Way two:

Repeat the first step of way one. When your hands collide, you begin to see your soul in smoke form leaving your body. It starts going through the mirror. Once there is no more smoke, You should be on the other side of the mirror in your DR body. Open your eyes now.
