The estelle method is cute and simple. You do need an ability to visualize though. Put on any SOFT INSTRUMENTAL song you like. I recommend the one I attached above. Lay down and close your eyes. Imagine you and someone from your DR slow dancing to the song. When the song ends, imagine them saying "Cmon_____ It's time to go home!" and leading you through a door. Once you enter that door you are surrounded by a blinding white light. As the light fades you find yourself awakening in your DR. :)
