This method is amazing for people having trouble visualizing.

Lay down and get comfy. Start repeating "i am" until you feel symptoms. Then start counting to 100. In between each number, say "I am" affirmations. Ex. "I am shifting" "I am going to my DR/WR"

When you feel ready, open your eyes. Or go to sleep and wake up in your DR.
