Lay down on your back. now look at the ceiling and start daydreaming about your DR/WR (keep your eyes open !!) don't forget to add feeling, use all your senses and use your emotions while visualising. Picture the ceiling moving further and further away from you. If your eyelids feel heavy, let them close. Keep daydreaming and affirm. Now fall asleep and wake up.
