To use the estelle method, put on any INSTRUMENTAL song you like. Lay down and close your eyes. Picture yourself in a beautiful dress/suit in an outdoor area. Now imagine someone from your DR walk up to you. Start slow dancing with them. When the song ends, imagine them pulling away from you and holding out their hand saying "It's time to go home." They will lead you through a door where you are met with a blinding bright light. Affirm here. When the light fades away completely, and you have felt symptoms, open your eyes.
