Chapter 1: Arriving in New York.
Loren's Point Of View.
A few hours on the private yet go by fast seeing as I'm sitting next to my boyfriend and in the presence of all these incredible people whom have all had a huge impact in my life both professionally and personally. The only two missing are my best friends Melissa and Adam.
Kelly surprised me by saying she's already taken care of a jet that'll fly them out to be at the music festival tomorrow which, I'm forever grateful for.
When the jet lands at a airport in New York after being in the air for 5 to 6 hours, hundreds of fans are welcoming both Eddie and I, screaming at the top of their lungs. Some of them are holding banners and posters of us. Some of them are even crying.
It's an amazing feeling knowing you have fans whom appreciate and feel all the hard work and emotion you put in to your music. Though I still only have one big hit, March, I'm beyond proud to say I made it.
I've become a role model to some people and that really warms my heart and not to mention inspires me to write some more songs and put my music out there for the world to hear some more of Loren Tate. I want people to relate and really feel my emotion through the songs I write,so I'm beyond ready to put my self out there.
"Eddie!"
"Loren!"
"Over here!"
Our fans continue to shout all sorts of positive and enthusiastic words to us, having me smile back in return as with sign a few autographs and take a few pictures.
"Leddie! I ship you so bad!"
"Leddie?" I whisper to Eddie and sit in the cab that I here to take us to the hotel.
"I think that's our nickname?" Eddie scratches the back of his neck.
"Aww we have a nickname!" I cheese.
Safely, the whole group meaning mom, Max, Kelly, Jake, Eddie and I, make it to the hotel. The lobby is as expected filled with paparazzi and a few fans waiting to get pictures of us. I squeeze Eddies hand tighter and hide my face.
Jake has arranged for all of us to share a whole two floored suite, but since the suite only has to major bedrooms with two beds in each, the girls share one master bedroom and the boys one.
I start carrying my suitcase up the long stairs as fast as I can in these high heels, but give up slightly irritated.
"This is so heavy."Eddie hears me and almost sprints up to me. He takes the suitcase out of my hands and quickly plants a soft kiss to my cheek before casually carrying the suitcase all the way up the stairs and over to my bedroom where he lays it on the floor.
"My boyfriend is muscular." I walk up next to him and gently squeeze his hard biceps.
"Gotta stay fit for my girl." Eddie pulls me closer in to his chest and kisses me sweetly.
When he was away and the whole world thought he was dead, all I craved was looking in to his eyes one last time and being in his strong arms one last time. Then when we got the news he was alive, I thought I was going to faint. It was like an electrical shock ran through me and I couldn't breath. I was just so overjoyed that I didn't have to worry about that last touch anymore.
"I still can't believe I'm holding you." I hold his face in my hands and shake my head with a huge smile written all over my face.
"Believe it baby, it's real. I'm here." Eddie kisses my forehead before lifting me up and spinning me around, both of us laughing.
