Chapter 6: There's A First Time For Everything

Loren's Point Of View.

I blink my eyes twice, trying to get my vision to focus clearly. The sun is beaming through the windows, making the room lighted up.

Turning around so I'm laying on my back, I stare at the ceiling before I rotate my head to the side and am looking at my handsome man.

He's all mine and I'm not sharing him with anyone.

"Eddie." I say lightly and stroke his right cheek with the back of my hand. "Wake up babe."

Eddie moves in his sleep and slowly opens his eyes. His lips immediately turn in to a small smile as soon as he sees me and he breaths out a small amount of air. "How long have you been awake?" He asks.

"Good morning to you too." I giggle, "Only for like two minutes, I slept tight with your arms wrapped around me."

"Really?" Eddie kisses my lips, "Well I," he kisses my cheek, "slept incredibly" his lips touch my jaw, "amazingly" his lips move to my neck, "good" he starts sucking and kissing my neck, leaving multiple lie marks.

I hold his neck in my hands and tilt my neck more to the side for Eddie to get better access. "Mmm."

His silky lips move back to my dry ones and he traces his thumb over my lower lip as his free hand cups my cheek.

"This messy hair really suits you."

"Good because you'll see it more often now so get used to it." I wink.

"Oo I like the sound of that." Eddie goes back to kissing me just as my phone starts ringing. He groan and puts his head in my neck, "Never some alone time."

"Oh shush it, you had plenty alone time the entire night." I slide the green across my phone and answer it with a giggle seeing as Eddie's kissing my neck.

"Mom." I push Eddie off of me and sit up straight. "Nothing, hey."

"Loren, where are you?" Mom asks from the other line.

"I'm at Eddie's."

The line goes silent for a while, "Melissa called." Ignoring my statement I see..

"What'd she want? Nothing important I hope."

"No I told her I'd have you call her back."

"Good." I say, "I'll be home in an hour." I look at Eddie and see him shaking his head and holding two fingers up. "Two, I'll be home in two hours."

Neither of us said much after that. I could tell Eddie knew I was down, but I told him not to worry about it because I didn't want to talk about it.

After we've had separate showers, Eddie let's me borrow one of his t-shirts for the day since I already wore mine two days in a row.

"Coffee babe?" Eddie asks from the kitchen.

From the sofa in the living room, I say, "Yes please."

He soon walks in with two cups of new warm coffee and hands me one. Thanking him, I take a small sip as with a bite of my toasted bread.

"We haven't talked about it yet." Eddie sits down on the free seat next to me on the couch and let's me put my legs on his legs.

"About what?" I furrow my eyebrows.
He doesn't say anything, he just cockily smiles and drinks his coffee. Oh. Right. "We haven't talked about last night is what you mean.. Well, last night was perfect."

"You sure? Cause' if it wasn't, you totally can tell me, I mean-"

"Eddie." I laugh. "Stop it." I grab his hands and inch my face in close to his. "It was perfect." Our lips touch shortly. "Perfect."
