Chapter 4- Demons from the inside

Few weeks later

Everyone in the group started to work on a structure based off of Yuuen's drafts. The start wasn't that easy, they didn't know the parameters of everything and had to find some parts for it. They documented the process and everything that went wrong was quickly fixed.

"Hey, Yuuen?" Bakugo asked while welding the sheet metal together. As he stopped he heard Yuuen humm, that gave him a sign as to go on. "Why are we making some goddamn door when only one person can go with you? Kinda pointless, don't you think?" he looked at her and she looked at him "Two points," The only thing she said and went back to complete the thing she was doing. He got pissed at this

"Hey! Are you even listening to me? I didn't ask you anything about your goddamn points. Cut it out. I asked abo-" he was cut off by her "I know. I was trying to figure out the answer to that. You know that you're pretty smart, but did you think about something like what if we get into different time, universe or even something not so important, differment countries? After we get out of this portal, we will be in a new universe, by the timeline, and few meters apart."

They contunued to work on it in silence because nobody knew what to say and nobody even needed to say anything. "And it's not only this," This shocked Bakugo and others who were near "Maijima and Midoriya already know, there's gonna be two bracelets. One for me, one for him. It will prevent him from losing memories but it needs to be tested. Imagine if we worked on this for nothing. Funny tho. I already tested some things, so we can put those aside and focus on this, bracelets and one more thing."

They decided to have a little break before they continue so a few curious people gathered around Yuuen. "Hey there, pretty lady." one person greeted her and second person bumped into the first one "Watch it idiot." blonde male said as he sat down across the table. "Hey, we might have a few questions, mind if we sit with you?" another blonde questioned. "Yeah I don't mind," Yuuen said "but we still have some work to do. Maximum is 10 minutes." She looked at the group as she said that.

"What exactly is your quirk?" Yellow headed boy asked her "My quirk is a time based one. I can restart at any time and the time is still going in a straight line. I can't go to future nor can I go to one universe when I won some kind of money after the restart. It's like I'm creating a different universes." The group awed and few more questions were asked like what was the most awesome universe she has been in, what happened if they did that and that and they talked on what is gonna happen next which she just explained briefly.

That afternoon they almost finished the structure. Yuuen had the feeling that somebody was behind her so she excused herself and went outside.

"Are you really thinking it's gonna work? You're pathetic." a figure behind her appeared right after she went to another abandoned building. The girl covered her ears and started to hyperventilate. "It's always been like this. You think you have the greatest idea and everything but it always ends up the same. Everyone dead just because of you." The person came right before the girl's face while she just closed her eyes. "Stop it," she whispered as she coudln't breathe "Stop it. Stop it." She continued to say while tears started to drop from her eyes. "Suck it up you weakling. If you're gonna be like this you will never find any friends, anyone and die alone. Just like her, she was weak and that's why I killed her." They laughed while Yuuen just ignored the person and tried to breathe.

Too many rewinds earlier *Yuuen's pov*

I woke up and went to my mother in the kitchen. That week was my fifth birthday and I still haven't gotten my quirk. She started to worry that I won't get my quirk anytime but at least she still treated me nicely. My father was a bussiness man with a powerful quirk and a lot of money, though he was mostly away on trips, he still loved us.
