Also, I edited the 3rd chapter to suit this chapter so basically Y/n hasn't used her Purity yet.

The words only got louder in my head as I dropped down to the vessel, head empty.

I had been driving by on Chuuya's motorcycle when I saw explosions in the distance, coming from a vessel.

It only meant one thing.

Akutagawa.

I didn't even think before I came to a stop on the bike, parking it and took off.

I used my wind manipulation to fly me to the vessel, wind whipping at my clothes and hair.

The weretiger... better than me? I thought as I dropped down and fire exploded from behind me.

I used the wind to push against the fire before it could burn a single hair on me.

The flames may have not touched me, but it fuelled my anger, feeding the rage and agitation.

Suddenly, I heard the sound of something thudding as I looked to the side and saw the weretiger.

Everything faded away as I didn't even care about where Akutagawa was as I saw the weretiger.

"My new subordinate is much better than you."

Why him? I raged in my head.

Why is it him? What can he do? What is it with him? I screamed internally.

I saw the weretiger mumbling something but I couldn't hear as I shot forward.

"Weretiger!" I shouted as the weretiger looked at me, eyes widening in shock and fear as he cursed.

He didn't have time to dodge as I kicked him in the face.

He shot off to the side, slamming into the containers as I used the wind to keep him pinned there.

The weretiger, Atsushi was struggling against nothing as I held him in place.

"Why... Why is it you?!" I screamed as Atsushi just stared at me, not understanding what I was talking about.

"What the hell does he see in you? Why you? What is it with you that I don't have?" I said, clenching my fists tightly.

The words kept repeating in my head as I couldn't block them out.

Why Dazai-san? Why Atsushi? Why can you acknowledge him but not me? What is with the weretiger? Why does he get your praise? Why can't I get your praise?!

All I can think about was the ruthless training Dazai-san put me through.

"Get up." Dazai-san ordered as I buckled onto my knees.
