Ch. 5: "The Jade Realm"
Lucy's POV

"W-W-WHAT?!" I exclaim as I collect myself. A second later, I hear the rest start gasping, snapping to attention from my outburst. "Um, Stara-San, m-may I a-ask you a q-question?" I hear a soft, tentative voice and I immediately register it as Wendy's voice. I look at her with surprise written all over my face. i turn my head back to see Stara start to answer Wendy. "Of course my child. Do not be afraid of me." she says. "I don't bite," she adds, half joking. Wendy's face melts into a puddle of relief as she asks her question. "Do you know where G-Grandine is?" her voice shakes as she speaks about her missing, adoptive mother.

"I do."

Wendy's POV

"I do."

Her words echoed throughout my mind, wiping and knocking out any other thoughts that were in my mind. She's alive. She's alive. She's alive. I dropped to my knees, tears of joy cascading down my cheeks like mini waterfalls. I could distinctly hear the others trying to talk to me, but all I could do was kneel there. "Is Metalicana alive?" I could hear Gajeel question. "Yes." was all it took for Gajeel to drop to his knees beside me, in a similar state.

Lucy's POV

I glanced to where Wendy and Gajeel were kneeling on the ground, their bodies overwhelmed with joy. I only smiled, then faced the so-called leaders of their groups. "So why are you here? Do you need something from me? Other than to tell me that I'm the queen.." Lucy asks curiously. "We came here to request you come with us back to the Jade Realm." they all replied at the same time, their voices joining together to make one voice. "What do you guys think? Should we go?" I asked the others, not wanting to force them to follow her. They all exchanged looks and Master Makarov (A/N Still gonna call him Master here cause Makarov sounds weird and one other reason. *wink wink*) said,"Lucy, we left Fairy Tail to follow you wherever, even to the ends of the earth and back. We will never abandon our nakama." "Arigatou, Master, Minna." she replied, tears forming in her eyes. She collected herself and said the final decision. "All right, let's go." "Yes, your highness," said Angelina, who opened a portal big enough for everybody to go through. I took a deep breath and held hands with Levy who took Gajeel's hand and so on. We faced toward the portal, and took the first step in. The portal sucked us in, leaving us standing on a island made of marble, polished until it shone. We all stared in amazement, islands made of all different kinds of elements floating everywhere. 'So this is the Jade Realm.' I thought. "We must go to the Jade Castle, your highness." Angelina said. As she spoke, the air around began to vibrate and ripple, until several winged horses appeared from the thin air. We gasped yet again, and Angelina just chuckled. "Let's get going, shall we?"

"HAI!"

This is chapter 5! It might be a little typical and boring, and a teensy bit confusing, but it will make sense soon.
