Lunch has finally come around, thank god. I hate Tuesday's I'm always in different classes from Eli and Demetri, it's so boring! But we had a bullying speech, I sit on the table
"What's this about?" The counsellor speaks
"Cyber bullying is no laughing matter. Sending a cruel message to someone online can be just as hurtful as saying it to their face. Now, I'm not gonna name names, but the other day a mother called me up because her son was crying after some kids online made fun of his facial deformity." I then realise
"Shit." I mutter, Eli looks around and covers his lip as people mutter
"It's the kid right there."
"It's the kid with the weird lip." I take a deep breath and clench my hand trying to control my anger, the counsellor continues
"But today, our goal here is to make this school a safe space for all students." Miguel looks at Eli
"You know, if you're sick of getting bullied, my karate dojos looking for recruits." I questions
"Dojo? Wow, haven't heard that in a while." Eli seems rather interested by Demetri shuts it down
"Yeah, right. You hear that, Eli? A little karate training, and you're gonna kick some major ass." I look at him
"D, don't make fun of Karate, it's a Sacred sport, it's rather cool actually." Miguel adds
"I'm serious, Demetri. My sensei's the real deal. I'm sure I could get you all discounts." D is of course being sarcastic as always
"As enticing as that sounds, I think we'd rather spend our afternoons playing Crucible Control than getting hit in the face." I go to ask Miguel a question but the counsellor speaks
"Oh, and one last thing. While we're all looking forward to the Halloween dance, let's make sure... our costumes are culturally sensitive. For example, instead of sexy nurse, maybe try gender-neutral hospital employee. Instead of geisha..." I groan and look at Miguel
"Who's your Sensei, maybe I'll know him?" He takes a second
"Sensei Lawrence." I become a bit shocked, Demetri looks at us
"Lawrence as in your dad, Frey?" Miguel suddenly calls
"Oh, yeah! He's your dad!" I chuckle
"Wow, my dad ain't done Karate since I was a kid. I'll be at the next session."

A few days pass and the Halloween party is tonight, I have been at training because it's been cancelled for a little while, so I've just been hanging around with Eli and Demetri, as usual.
I look at the time and see they're is two hours till the party starts, so I decide to get ready, I do my hair and makeup first, I started off by pinning parts of my hair back to make the side stick out a bit then curling the bottom so it looked a bit oldish, I then go to a fully black halo eye makeup look with black lipstick, mascara and making myself look a little more pale as well as some fake blood around the mouth. that took about an hour all together, and finally the dress
