"How did it go?" Miguel asks, I look at him confused
"How did what go?" He sighs and rolls his eyes
"You were at Cobra Kai and then went to a restaurant. You were obviously with Silver. How did it go?" I take a deep breath and look around if anyone's listening
"I decided it's worth it to get some information out of him, if I play happily family." He seems taken back
"That's dangerous, Frey-" I cut him off before he starts to worry
"I know, I know. But I'll be fine, I promise." He seems a bit sceptical of my choice but chooses to honour it, he swallows down his worry and nods
"Did you get anything?" I shake my head a little
"Not yet. But... he asked me to join Cobra Kai..." I trail off a little, Miguel suddenly yells a bit
"He did what-!" He's then cut off by Chris yelling
"He's here! He's here, he's here!" I instantly run up to dad as he's walking to the deck
"You are insane for doing this! You can still stop it!" He shakes his head and denies, keeping himself straight
"No, I'm sick of it." I groan a little and stop walking with him. He goes up to the deck and we all stand at the steps. Daniel stands up and meets him
"What are all the kids doing here?" Dad questions, Daniel takes a deep breath, points towards us and speaks
"That's what happens when you broadcast your life all over social media." Dad sighs
"All right, look. Maybe there's a better way." Daniel nods
"There is. You just won't admit it." I feel my heart fall slowly, dad is actually trying. But he feels he had no other choice due to what Daniel wants to do.
"Don't you ever think you might be wrong about anything?" Dad says with a cocky smile, but it quickly fades. Daniel sighs
"What are we doing here? You wanna rehash your baseless argument from last night in front of these kids?" Dad denies instantly
"No. I want what's best for them." Daniel stands his ground
"What's best for them is Miyagi-do. If fighting you I'd the only way I can get there, then let's just get this done." I shake my head slowly at the insolence between these two. They're idiots. Dad nods, but he seems rather sad about it now...
"All right, LaRusso. Let's finish this." They nod and go off to there corner's. Miguel and Sam go up for the flag's, dad did ask if I wanted to do it, but I can't bring myself to.
"Face us." Miguel says, Daniel and dad face him and Sam
"Bow." They all bow to one another
"Face each other." Sam almost demands, they do so
"Bow." They do so, but there eye contact is not lost, it's almost like intimidation. They get ready. Sam and Miguel hold there flags in the middle
"Ready?!" Miguel calls, I can see how nervous they are to start this.
"Fight!" Sam calls, they wave there flags and step back instantly. Dad quickly goes for a kick, followed by another. All blocked. They start a little bit of hand to hand, Daniel blocking as he usually does. Before he leaves an open area by his ribs
"Point, Lawrence!" Sam says as she holds the red flag up, Daniel does not look too impressed with her. Chris then yells
"Sensei Lawrence strikes first!" Then Mitch adds
