𝗦𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗟 ━━ Luna's manager ran a red light while scolding her and Sol. This caused a crucial car accident. When talking about what happened, Luna revealed the mistreatment she had been enduring by her manager. Luna revealed that her manager verbally abused her and sometimes other members, hit her, and once stole over 20 million won from her.
This outraged people and Luna gained everyone's sympathy. Her now ex-manager faced criminal charges and 3 lawsuits.

𝗦𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗟 ━━ An ex-employee of YG Entertainment accused Luna of having a rude attitude and bratty personality when she did not use proper formalities, threw a hot curling iron at her when she forgot to give Luna her water, and canceled an important schedule to travel on vacation. Many people bullied Luna for this and hated her for faking her image of the quiet maknae.
Turns out that all of this turned out to be completely false. The ex-employee confessed that the allegations made against Luna were not true and that they did this to spite YG Entertainment after being fired.

𝗦𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗟 ━━ Luna got a series of piercings on her ears, nose, sternum, belly button, and tongue. Everyone was fine with the ear-piercing but some weren't pleased about everything else.
Although most people accepted it and even liked her new piercings, others said that this was a rebellious act and she is beginning to spin out of control. Luna responded to the hate with an Instagram post showing off her piercings with the caption, "The pain was definitely worth it." This also seems to be a reference to "So Not Worth It" which is a series that she acted in.
