Blaire's POV

I nod my head at my reflection in the mirror. I looked decent. I wasn't wearing anything special though, I simply went with shorts and a tank top, because he said that's what I should wear.

He said surprises were boring so he told me we were going to watch a movie. Though, I don't know why I specifically needed to wear this to the movies...

I hear the doorbell ring, so I dash all the way to it, opening it up, "Ian, what are you doing here?"

"You don't look so happy to see me... Who else were you expecting?"

"Uh, Shawn was coming over to bring me to the movies." I see him tense, so I speak before he let a word out, "its not a date!"

He sighs, "first; can I come in?" I nod letting him in and closing the door after. He leans on the wall next to the door, crossing his arms, "Second; who the fuck is Shawn?"

I shrug, "He's Ryder's friend." He didn't look contented with my answer, so I continue, "I went shopping with Molly and Polly and I slipped on a clothes rack, it fell, and he just happened to be there. The rack fell on him, and he said if I wanted to make it up to him, I'd go on this little... bonding with him."

Neither of us said anything for a while. I just stood there, waiting for him to say something. It took a while, but he did, "Do you think he likes you?" The frown on his face made him look so adorable.

I grin, "Are you jealous?"

"Yes!" He groans, wiping his hand down his face.

I peck his lips, "That's really cute."

He rolls his eyes, "I know."

"So you're letting me go?"

He shrugs, "it may be time you hung out with other guys."

"Thanks."

"Damn I almost forgot!" He dug his hand inside his pocket, "I came here to give you this."

I gasp at the silver necklace in front of me, "Its beautiful!" I touch the B pendant, "Thank you."

"Either your name or... to remind you you're beautiful."

I flung my arms around him, "I love you! Oh my God, thank you!"

"Turn around so I can put it on," he chuckles.

I immediately turn around, gathering my hair up. I smile feeling the cold metal touch my skin.

Once I know he's done locking it, I turn around, touching the pendant once more, "Thank you."

"Wear that on your date," he laughs at the word, pulling me closer to him, planting his lips on my neck, "Don't forget you're mine."

I moan feeling him expertly kiss around my neck. My arms tighten on his neck, "shit."

He pulls away, winking at me when the doorbell rings, "Your date's here."

"This isn't a date," I roll my eyes. I swing the door open seeing Shawn, "Hey!"

Ian and Shawn look at each other for a few seconds eyeing each other.

Shawn was fairly taller than Ian though, since he was probably in his early twenties.

Ian pats his back, "Take care of her," he says, before walking towards his car.

"Care to explain?" Shawn raises a brow.

"Boyfriend," I smile.

"You have a boyfriend?" He smirks. "Too bad."

I punch his arm, "Shut up!"

His eyes rake me up and down, "You look beautiful."

My hand raises and instinctively holds onto the pendant again, "Thanks."

"Wanna get going?"

"Sure."

We get into his car and he starts driving.

"Hey Blaire, I thought you were going out with Ryder."

"We broke up," I shrug.

"So now you're dating his brother? Awesome."

"Um... I guess?" I chuckle.

"Any news from him? He used to come to my place when his dad kicks him out..." he trails off, "but I haven't seen him for a while now."

"He's been happier now."

He smiles, happy for his friend, "I knew he'd make peace with Daniel. I told him once, he's never believed me."

"I love how you sound so caring about him," I admit.

"He's like a little brother to me, I should care."

"Good point," I chuckle.

***

He drove for a long time now, and I was starting to get worried.

"Shawn..." my eyes widen when we pass by yet another mall. "What cinema are we going to exactly?"

He chuckles, his eyes still on the road, "we aren't going to a cinema."

My eyes widen, my heartbeat starting to exhilarate, "You-you said we were going to the movies."

"No, I said we'd watch a movie, I never said where," he shrugs.

I start to panic when I don't recognize the area anymore. But my panic soon turns to worry when he parks the car in front of an unknown house.

"We're here," he announces.
