Ian's POV
I turned off the ignition and made my way inside my house.
Everything was already sorted out. Blaire was staying here while her parents go across the world to support some divorce.
We graduated just a couple minutes ago. And now we have a long summer ahead of us. And thanks to my people skills, Blaire was going to spend it with us.
I walked inside, running up the stairs. I snatched the graduation hat off my head, tossing it on the ground.
Blaire was probably packing right now, back at her place. And the maids were getting her room ready. Dad and Ryder had another shitty argument last night, so Ryder wasn't here to help her once she gets here.
But I am.

Blaire's POV
"I can't believe your moving in with them," Molly sequels, placing my pile of folded shirts into my suitcase.
I was currently packing my stuff. And she was just nice enough to help me.
"I know! Its honestly crazy, but Ian seemed serious about it," I shrug, continuing to fold my clothes.
"He likes you, you know that?"
"He told me once… but I don't know. I'm dating his brother!" I chuckle, "He's probably over it."
"He doesn't seem like it to me," Molly mutters, but I hear her. I open my mouth to insist, but my mom walks in.
"Blaire?" Mom walks over to my side of the bed, crouching down so that she was eye level with me. "I hope you're okay with this. Because if you're not, its totally fine if we take you along---"
"Its fine mom," I chuckle, cutting her off. "I honestly think I'll enjoy myself. Just promise that you won't have too much fun without me?" I joke.
"I promise," she smiles, kissing my forehead.
"Awww!" Molly gushes, ruining the moment, "Sorry?"

Just as I shove my last things into my bag, dad walks in, His arms crossed.
"Something wrong, dad?" I cautiously ask.
"There's a guy outside, he says he knows you."
I chuckle, "I'll go see who it is." I walk out of my room, into the living room, and opened the front door. I honestly thought it would be Ryder… "Hey Ian, I hope my dad didn't threaten you." I chuckle.
"Nah, he just gave me glares. Then he asked me my name, age, address, and 'my intentions with his daughter'," he uses air quotes, chuckling. "Oh and he asked if I was your boyfriend."
"Sorry about that."
"He hasn't met Ryder yet?" He questions.
"No. I'm honestly stalling," I admit. "Anyway, what brings you here?"
"I thought I'd drive you over to my place. Ya haven't finished packing?"
"I'm honestly done. But I could drive myself, you know?" I tease.
"What kind of gentlemen would I be then?"
"Oh please, you're no gentleman."
"Sure I'm not. Now," he rubs his hands together, "where are your things?"
"Lemme go get them."
"Please," he stops me, "I'll help you. Gentleman, remember?"
"Yeah," I chuckle, "I remember."

First it was awkward, once we got to my room, tension built just as Ian saw Molly. So she immediatly said she had to go home.
So yeah.
By the time I reach the Coleman residence, my parents were already on their flight to my aunt's house. They insisted that we bid each other goodbye before Ian drove me here. So that's what we did.
Mom also gave me the house keys, so I could get whatever I needed, in case I forgot something. I didn't think it'd be needed, but she insisted, so I went with it.
Mother knows best, am I right?
"Thanks for everything," I thank Ian, as we place the last suitcase in my room. "And the room's beautiful."
"Anything for you, cupcake," He finished with a wink. "Though, don't you need help unpacking?"
"No, I think I'll do that later. Thanks though."
We stood in silence, us just staring at each other. My eyes wide when Ian takes a step closer to me. I'm an idiot. So I spun around, so my back was to him, walking over to my bed, sitting on it, "God! This is soft!" My mood instantly changed once I felt the mattress bellow me.
Trust me, I've never felt such a soft mattress.
I looked back over at Ian, though he didn't have that amused smile on his face, seeing me so childish. He was dead serious, and slightly annoyed. "Blaire…" he sits beside me on my bed, his hand reaching up and caressing my cheek.
"Y-yeah?" My breathing hitched in my throat, a shiver running through me when his thumb touched my cheek.
"I love you."
My eyes almost pop out, I swear. I was not expecting that. I always had this little feeling inside me, thinking he liked me. But that was it. Just like. I thought it was clear that I was dating has brother!
"No," I grab his wrist, removing his hand from my face. "You can't." I'm off my bed, towering over him, my hands fisting my hair, pulling at it.
"Blaire---"
"Shut up! Shut up! Shut up!" I practically scream, forgetting that this wasn't my house for a second there. "I'm dating your brother. I love him."
He's off my bed now, towering over me this time, "No you don't! You know you love me."
"I don't," I choke out.
"Prove it."
Without thinking. I did something that I knew I would regret. Something I shouldn't have done.
I kissed him.
