Max & Liam

[Max's POV]

We left the balcony and went to bed, liam's head is resting on my arms sleeping. I met him at the church 9 years ago. Nakilala ko si liam noong araw na pinalayas ako ni mom. Tinulungan niya kong bumangon ulit at magsimula. Alam niya lahat ng nangyari sa buhay ko simula nung pagkabata at tinanggap niya lahat yon.

Napakahirap sakin nung iniwan ko si vince dahil alam ko na magiging miserable ang buhay niya sa piling ni mom. Since then pinangako ko sa sarili ko na babalik ako para sakanya. Di ko hahayaan na kontrolin ni mom si vince buong buhay niya.

I have lied to my brother and his friends. I am not adopted. When I was 5 years old, may party na naganap sa bahay. Some of our relatives and friends are enjoying themselves at the living room. Mom told me to stay in my room until the party ends. That moment I am so thirsty, I'm afraid to walk out of my room because mom told me not to do so. But I can't handle my thirst anymore so I run to the kitchen. I stopped and freeze seeing my mom making out with tito henry (Cassidy's dad) leaning on the kitchen island. I stayed at my position hiding on the concrete wall while still shocked, a minute later I heard them having a conversation, "We have to stop karen, If they caught us together you know what would happen." Tito henry said.

"I know henry. But you can't hide the truth forever, we have a son." Mom said, "Besides, my husband is too dumb. Paniwalang paniwala siya na ampon lang si max."

"Paano mo pinanganak si max ng hindi nalalaman ni flyn?" Tito henry asked.

She laughed as she spoke, "I told him na may business akong sinisimulan sa malayong lugar kaya mawawala ako ng ilang buwan. And as I told you, he's dumber than you think because he believed me. Then when I came back, I convinced him to adopt a baby. Flyn agreed as I expected. Don't worry henry, everything is going great according to my plan."

Halos mapaluhod ako sa kinatatayuan ko nung panahon na yun. Nahirapan akong tanggapin ang katotohanan na niloloko lang pala kaming lahat ni mom.

Tito henry spoke, "I can't handle this anymore karen." He sighed as he add, "Kailangan nila malaman ang totoo."

"No! That's not going to happen." She replied, "Masasayang lahat ng pinaghirapan ko henry. Nagtiis ako ng matagal na panahon para planuhin lahat ng 'to."

"What?! Lahat ng 'to ay plano mo?" Tito henry said angrily, "You used me all this time for your own sake?"

Mom is shocked, di niya siguro sinasadya madulas at sabihin ang totoo. She patted henry's shoulder as she answer, "No no. That's not true henry. You misunderstood it." But tito henry shoved her and walked out.

Pero bago pa siya tuluyang makaalis nagsalita si mom, "You'll regret turning your back at me henry. I have your son!" She shouted, "I have max!"

Then he left her alone.

But no. Hindi pa natatapos ang lahat para sakin. Mom has to die just like what I did to my father.

[Liam's POV]

"Good morning." Max greeted me as he kissed my forehead.

I walk to the kitchen to hand him a plate and smiled, "Morning honey. How's your sleep?" I asked.

Max covered his face with his hands and groaned, "I'm not feeling well."

I sat beside him and patted his shoulder, "Napanaginipan mo nanaman ba ang mom mo?"

Max shook his head, "No. This time, It's my father." He said and sighed, "Let's not talk about it."
